This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Everthing perfect. The reception staff are friendly, efficient and are always smiling. the rooms are large, very modern and perfectly clean, the roomboy David does an amzing job every day. The breakfast is huge and has a great choice and everything is fresh and well presented. The swimming pool area with its bar and resturant have a lovely atmoshere. and its great that you can swim up to midnight. Dip one of the waiters is friendly and very attentive. I will be back next year and will never ever stay anywhere else in Chennai

Special thanks to: Shailesh Giri (***ager - Butler Operations) & Jasmin Siddiqui (***ager - Guest Relationsq) who went above and beyond with their exceptional service to take care of our every need. The entire butler team (Bala, Saravanan and Napolean who made sure they went the extra mile at the lounge. The entire Jiva Spa team who made sure we were well rested and relaxed. The entire restaurant and kitchen at Southern Spice team who enticed us with their superb food. The entire Front Office team who made our check-in and check-out seamless. The entire Door*** and Concierge team who helped us with our endless shopping bags. The entire Housekeeping team who did something small every day to put a smile on our faces when we returned back to the room. The entire In-Room Dining team who accommodated our late night food and coffee orders.
