the room was having suffocation and smell. Kitchen response was very slow. even for spoon we need to wait for 10-15 min

I regret to inform you that despite booking your "best in class" room, the air conditioning was dysfunctional throughout my stay. Despite complaints, the technician dispatched at midnight failed to resolve the issue, and there was no fan available in the room. This severely impacted my comfort and sleep quality. Worst ever experience.

Check in time what the hotel wanted was at 2 pm which is absurd and couldn't rest as there was some renovation going on and there was only drilling noise. Over all horrible experience. I don't suggest this place for stay for business trip as we have to get freshen up for work which is absolutely not possible.

Poor service in all parameters no proper response from room services intercom not working room smells like anything ( bad) billing issue
