客服態度很好，反饋及時。訂了兩間，一間廁所燈壞的馬上換了一間。另外一間沒電等了一陣，房間裏投影儀是壞的，一半黑屏沒法看。

位置好找，環境衞生真的很好，非常簡約，離步步高北湖公園都很近，下次來郴州又來住這家，唯一的缺點可能就是北湖公園的大姨們，晚上7點到9點的廣場舞的聲音真的大，不過9點半後就真的很安靜，感覺能接受，不影響睡眠。
