Hotel de la Terrasse

I didn’t stay at the hotel because the hotel is dirty, the room I was assigned looked dirty. The blankets, the pillows and the floor looked dirty. The manager was very impolite. The neighborhood is unsafe.

I loved the hotel, itvwas clean and close to the metro. The staff at the reception were kind and helped me well to settle. Highly recommend

I will agree with other reviews that the noise from the outside is a bit much, but not enough to interfere with my sleep. The neighborhood was fine. I had no issues at all and the market across the street was a great option instead of eating at a restaurant all the time. Having the Metro just across the street made sightseeing very easy. Check in/out was very easy and staff were very accommodating. Will definitely stay again when I go back to Paris.

No Wi-Fi, rooms are very small, corridors are unorganised and small. Reception people are not cooperative. I cannot give more than one star. Reception person of day and night, both need to be improved a lot. Both the guys of receptions are least interested for customer service. Stay in this hotel if you don't have any other option.

One of the two staff members I interacted with was friendly. The toilet lid wasn’t attached. Only one towel was provided.

I didn't like nothing. The room doesn't look like in pictures. £133 for a very poor room, only water was working, no plug to charge my phone, first room was with the broken window, they charge me an extra £25 for car park. I didn't have never this experience.

DISGUSTING ! Filthy, no natural daylight, window blinds broken so permanently black in room, toilet seat and lid not fixed, television ariel cut and not attached, wardrobe (if you could call it that), not finished and not a hanger in sight, cigarette burn hole on bedspread, picture of red carpet is in the hall outside of the room, cardboard stuffed into power switch. The headboard was split. The radiator was shocking (see photos) looked like it had never been cleaned. The walls are hideously stained. The floor had muddy marks and were in desperate need of mopping. On arrival we were told we were lucky that they had kept the room for us (6pm) ********** told us check in time was up to 11pm. Looking back we should have run then. We paid 108 euros and really feel robbed. We have stayed in many hotels over the years and this reached a new low. We have lots of other photos.

A fantastic little spot for traveling on a budget. Not the best area of town, but the Metro takes you practically to the hotel’s front door. The rooms are clean and the staff is helpful/friendly.
