I had a very pleasant stay. Khun Wacharapoom (front) has given me super warm welcome - patiently introducing and explaining services offered by hotel as well as sharing information of good restaurants and nice cafes in town. Though the room being considered old, room was clean. Will stay again :)

Location was pretty good, room was big. Kind of old looking because of the wooden decoration, opposite there is 7-11 so its convenient. Nearby there is food place at night for dinner/supper as well

Good affordable hotel.Breakfast good and only 250 baht payable daily.
Large room and very comfortable.
Location is out of the main tourist city area. I would stay here again. Pool is in the sun most of the day. Good view of the river. Good location for visits to countryside.

The hotel is okay for short stay. We just stayed there for the first time. The furniture is pretty old even refurnished. But still not fully functional enough.

The hotel is slightly older but clean - at least inside the bedroom area. The communal areas such as corridor and lift lobby have very old carpets that need a thorough clean /upgrade
The pool is decent sized. There is a suana and steam, but mostly not in use, so you need to turn it on yourself and wait a while for it to heat up.
Mostly all good. However the location is terrible- nothing within walking distance other than a hospital across the road, with one small cafe next to the hospital.

The suite is very spacious and clean. Very nice view from the room and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The light switch in the room didn't work though. Many TV channels that were supposed to be there (e.g. Netflix and Amazon Prime) didn't work either because of network problem.

The Centara Riverside is a solid choice for a clean, convenient, and comfortable stay. Western style bedding as opposed to the typical rock-hard Thai mattress. Housekeeping works hard to keep this older hotel clean and they do a good job.

The room is big and clean with good air conditioning and is over looking of chiangmai. Clean toilet and clean towels. English TV and can access a lots of channels. Good buffet breakfast and staffs are friendly..
