The staff were all very friendly and responsive. The bed was very comfy and the location very convenient for local amenities such as Morrisons supermarket. We only stopped one night while en route to visit friends in Somerset. We would certainly recommend this Premier inn.

A little tired looking, but still did the job, as most Premier Inns do very well. This was a proper twin room, which I was surprised that they offered, and the bed was really comfortable. Good strong hot water, with a good shower, though the bath was awfully shallow. Would stay here again - a nice alternative to the more basic Travelodge down the road at the M4.

We stayed here the night before Bath Half as it was close and without the price tag of the hotels closer to Bath. The reception team at check in and check out were very welcoming and helpful; we had forgotten to request a cot and this was delivered to our room quickly and set up for us. There was also a note and chocolates in the room - a lovely touch which made us feel valued as customers.

We booked for 2 nights. The room was comfortable and the service was very good. The nearby restaurant serves decent food for evening meals and breakfast. Jordan was helpful and efficient with our checking in/out of the hotel. Thanks for your help.

Stayed here whilst visiting family as it was very conveniently located. My husband was not well, and we asked for a ground floor room - which was no problem at all. The room was warm, clean, had tea and coffee and a huge comfy bed. No restaurant at the hotel, but a Brewer's Fayre next door. We opted for a Pizza takeaway in our room one evening

no lift, the rooms are 5-10 minutes walk from reception. the food is really poor. the electric chargers do not work. very over priced for the low quality. staff and service ok but overall a very lousy experience. there must be better options at lower prices locally.

Mouldy bathroom ceiling. Freezing cold bathroom. No tissues Toilet paper of the most basic quality Bedroom temperature boiling. Stinking corridors We were never told our rooms would be on a first floor and with an elderly family member there are no elevators in this hotel. SHOCKING
