The hotel was sold as four star, it struggles to make two star! The room's are dated, in need of updating, the food was cold most days, the location is awkward as you needed a bus to get anywhere. The staff were very helpful and probably underpaid.

Great location on main coastal road. Good if you hire a car or if you don’t as bus access into Paphos & Coral Bay nearby. We stayed here on a half board basis and found the food very good. Most of the other guests were staying as all inclusive basis. We found the drinks a little watery which as we were paying for them, left us deflated. The building itself is a bit tired looking and could do with a paint. I wouldn’t recommend here if you have any mobility issues or problems with stairs as it’s stairs everywhere and I wish I had known this. It’s great here for families as the entertainment program was on throughout the day and night. We came in April and out of season and thought it would have been quieter but there was a group party of many teens who were staying next door and underneath and noise was a bit of issue sometimes. One great thing here was the spa facility and I used it and found the therapist great and the prices very reasonable as they offered great treatment packages. The maid service on the whole was good, the maid we had was great but the 2 days she was off only our bins were emptied and no beds made nor cleaning carried out. So on the whole great for families, good access to the beach, good pools, and nice staff. We just found it a little rowdy due to our neighbouring guests who were obviously there with chaperones and not parents. And like all teens will go a bit wild when your parents are not around. The best thing for us with the stay was the food and Spa facilities

Absolutely love staying at this place. Cleaned every morning. Staff is always around making sure your happy and comfortable. Can't wait to come again with my kids in August. They will absolutely love the water and looking through the shops.

Wow. Had the best time ever. Stayed as a family group of 7. 3 A 4c. Yes the hotel is dated but it’s immaculately clean. The staff are great. Special mention to Mike at reception, the guy at the pool bar during the day and the guys at the bar at night (especially the hot one 😂) the beautiful dance lady is just lovely and the shakey shakey bingo guy is brilliant. They make the nights fun but also go out of their way to speak to you during the day. The bar staff make the experience so personable and remember your drinks each night. We made some amazing friends because of the entertainment staff and I would go back in a heart beat. We went AI and the food was amazing. We’ve travelled the world at some plush hotels and the food was right up there (better than 5* Dubai hotel) Please go with an open mind and make the most of your trip. Make sure you take in the sunsets ❤️

The resort is clean and the staff are attentive. The location is great. The wifi seems bullet proof being able to pick it up anywhere The buildings are tired and rundown. A lick of paint has been given to some of the place but it does not hide the cracks. The rooms are outdated yet clean. There is a kettle and fridge but nothing to make unless you bring it yourself. There is a tv but only local channels. The all inclusive is some what limited in choice. The cocktails are made with syrups rather than fruit juice. If paying by cash you can get Fresh juice. The snacks through the day are limited to deep fried or toasted with a basic salad. Cyprus has some good local food why not provide it. The meals have a reasonable choice but sometimes it feels like leftovers are rebranded. The kids club leader is very nice but seems to have no equipment. A movie show was actually on her mobile phone…go figure. Activities were not organised as advertised The evening entertainment consisted of our own children dancing followed by bingo then loud music till 11:00pm. The time we were here their were groups of bored teens roaming the place….one group even had a party that started at 3 am and finished at 6am. We found out after the event we needed to dial 0 for security to deal with it. Smoking seems rife everywhere, in the area where everyone eats or by the pool. The kids enjoyed the holiday but it’s not one we would repeat. Jet 2 who arranged the package holiday but were not seen for the entire week.

Lovely holiday, great weather, lovely views from the hotel. Food was great in the restaurant, but the pool bar was the best Soulla really looked after us and made us welcome. Would highly recommend to one and alll. Will be coming back again soon.

We really enjoyed our week at this hotel. Was nervous as it’s only 3* but really liked it. The food is fairly good. We always found something we liked and what is there is cooked nicely if a touch limited in choice. The pool is excellent. The evening entertainment is hit and miss. The two nights where there were entertainers hired in were good. We do prefer a bit of variety though. The staff members especially Nadia and her colleague(didn’t catch her name) in the kids club and mini disco were really lovely. Loved the location and bussed to coral bay and Paphos easily on very frequent and inexpensive busses a short walk from the hotel. The sunsets are gorgeous, only wished the pool bar stayed open so we didn’t have to walk up to the other while we watched the sunset. All in all great value for money. WiFi is free and is excellent. We would definitely come back.

Currently staying here atm and it’s my first night, overall ok, but showers inconsistent and either run scolding or cold every 10secs.. and right now i’ve been rudely woken up by the dam cleaning staff that find it acceptable to talk, whistle and shout at each other since 6:30am this morning… taking the piss… and for this reason alone i wouldn’t come back to this place… i’ve come to relax and enjoy a good sleep and not getting it due to its own staff..***!!! disappointing and just rude behaviour..

It was Amazing really nice serving. Hospitality , clean rooms, two pools and one inside . Gym and Spa really good and the sea it's not far away from there . Soula at the pool bar you are the best. Thank you for everything you did to us . Much of love .🤍
