There are too many dead spots in health! Everyone makes up the white dog with a white dog covered with floc-like old gray, and always finds curved hair on it....Finally, I was forced to wipe the ground with a disposable bath towel.... If it weren't for pet-friendly, I couldn't live! In addition, the bath water is burned by the electric water heater, which is enough for one person to use (I stayed for three days, I didn’t wash it in the room, I went to the foot treatment store downstairs every day to wash it back to sleep)

As a city hotel, I think it feels like a light luxury homestay. It’s really great. I also opened a homestay in Lushan. I was attracted by the decoration style of this house. At first, I was worried about cheating. It was really a surprise. This hotel is really good in details. I feel that my homestay can have a lot of improvement. I get up in the morning and sit at the front desk. I don’t know if the proprietress also made a cup of espresso. It’s so pleasant. I live in such a good homestay in Chongqing at this price. I’m really satisfied. Now in Sichuan, If you go home, you will definitely come back if you pass by Chongqing! The photo was not taken much, my problem! Really highly recommend this!

I've been here several times and the hotel is still the same. Large floor-to-ceiling windows allow you to see the outside scenery. The hotel environment is still the same. The hotel's butler said that the bed was customized by the boss and is very soft and comfortable. There has been a festive atmosphere at the front desk recently. The butler No. 7 Changsheng's service is very good and enthusiastic. He even helped upgrade the room this time when he checked in. The large TV in the room is great for watching movies, and the Xiaomi brand is quite good. Next time I come to Chongqing, I will also come to Jeff Jeff Hotel. Worth recommending.

Very clean and modern hotel, relatively close to the subway, Raffle City and Hongya Cave. Check in was smooth and coffee and amenities is available 24/7 in the lobby. It’s a “smart” hotel meaning they have a smart speaker to control the room. The only downside is that the smart speaker uses “Xiaodu” so for any of my English speaking friends, she can’t understand any of your commands 😅 you’re better off manually pressing the buttons.

Just finished a five night stay at The Regent Chongqing, was one of the best hotel experiences ever. Arrived at the start of the national three day Duanwu Dragon Boat Festival and was warmly greeted with two tasty green bean cake pastries in a traditional wood basket as a welcome amenity in the room. Breakfast has an abundance of options, everything fresh and delicious. Ate at the third floor Chinese restaurant twice and the dishes there are truly outstanding, some of the best tasting dishes I’ve ever tasted in Sichuan province and also rated as the second best restaurant in Chongqing on this website. Compared to some of the top tier restaurants in cities like Beijing and Shanghai, also very reasonably priced and affordable. What’s really nice is the hotel offers complimentary laundry service for up to three pieces per day which I thought was a very thoughtful service. Mini bar in hotel room also completely free and restocked daily. Water pressure in room’s shower was also very strong which made showering very enjoyable. Hospitality is really on another level here. During the stay I experienced: - A small soft cloth wipe was left next to my laptop since the staff noticed my laptop screen was a bit dirty - Staff during breakfast would go out of there way to ask if I wanted or needed assistance in preparing a bowl of noodles, per my request they kindly prepared one for me with the most popular condiments used by locals - One of the chefs during breakfast made it known if there was anything at all I wanted him to specially prepare for me he would gladly do it - Same chef (Mr. Swong), when he found out I would be departing for a day trip the next morning from the hotel at a very early hour (earlier than when the hotel breakfast dining would be open) made it be known that he would make arrangements for the hotel to prepare a bag of anything I wanted from the breakfast buffet to take with me so I could eat it in the car. Sure enough, the next morning at the front desk reception there was a bag waiting for me containing various fresh fruit, a hard boiled egg, sticky rice, orange juice, banana, water, utensils. When I walked outside to the car that had arrived to pick me up, both the driver and tour guide remarked they had never seen a hotel ever do this for a guest and that this must be a really exceptional hotel. - A complimentary bowl of fresh fruit was delivered and left in my room - Upon check-out, received an immaculately wrapped gift box of Chongqing Small Noodles (dried, uncooked) which was accompanied by a specially prepared locally made peppercorn noodle sauce (wrapped in plastic), was actually the perfect gift since my Mom loves noodles and to see her face so happy and joyful upon receiving this gift brought me much happiness Everywhere in the hotel, from the hotel front desk staff, the bellboys and staff working outside the front door, the staff at the 7th floor bar, the staff at the breakfast dining, to the staff on the 3rd floor Chinese restaurant, was treated so warmly and courteously and staff so helpful and thoughtful too. Victoria was especially gracious and helpful as when I arrived, I didn’t know where to eat and after asking me a few questions with regards to my tastes and kind of ambiance I would like in a restaurant, she recommended a very popular local Chongqing Hot Pot restaurant just a few minutes away. This turned out to be great recommendation as the flavor of the hot pot was really great and the environment was more of a ‘hole in the wall’ place, very raucous and rowdy, just what I was looking for. She would also periodically check in to see if everything was going okay and if there was anything she could assist with. Will always be grateful to Victoria and the staff at Regent Chongqing for making my first trip to Chongqing so unforgettable and full of wonderful memories.

Stunning Views Amidst Clean Comfort and a few flaw at Roosevelt. My recent stay at Roosevelt offered a mix of breathtaking scenery and comfortable accommodations, albeit with two minor flaws. Situated in the heart of the city, the hotel boasts unparalleled views of both the sparkling river and the bustling city skyline. The lobby was impeccably clean, with modern decor and well-appointed furnishings creating an inviting ambiance. However, my enthusiasm waned slightly upon noticing the state of the carpeted hallway, which appeared in need of a thorough cleaning. Despite this initial impression, the cleanliness and comfort of my room quickly restored my confidence in the hotel. The spacious accommodations were meticulously maintained, offering a serene retreat from the bustling city below. The large windows provided an uninterrupted view of the river and cityscape, allowing me to enjoy the stunning scenery from the comfort of my own space. The onsite restaurant promised a western breakfast; to be honest I had my doubts but my wonderful fiancé convinced me to book the hotel with the breakfast option included, however their idea of a western breakfast was toast, overcooked eggs, stale doughnuts and the rest you’ll refer to the pictures. While the dirty carpeted hallway was a minor disappointment, it did not detract significantly from our overall enjoyment of the hotel. With its unbeatable location, comfortable rooms, and stunning views, Roosevelt remains a top choice for travelers seeking a memorable stay in the heart of the Chongching. I would gladly return for another visit, hopeful that the cleanliness of the hallway and the breakfast matches the caliber of the rest of the hotel in the future.

The room that we booked was very comfortable and had an amazing view. The staff contacted me one day in advance and offered great assistance and support on pre-arrival and during the stay as well. Both guys that we encountered as well as the lady were very helpful and even there was language barrier they always found a way to understand and assist us. For sure when returning to Chongqing will defiantly stay at the same place. Housekeeping service was great as well. Last but not least, the staff went above and beyond their call of duty and provided us with coffee even coffee is not in the room amenity (they have good tea) and offered a nice plate of fruits with a personal massage. A nice hotel in a prime location in ChongQing, very walkable distance to the shopping / food district, as well as popular tourist spots such as HongYaDong and ShiBati. It is located directly above Raffles City shopping mall, which makes getting groceries or looking for a meal very convenient. The staff there were extremely friendly and accommodating and the rooms were spacious. Would stay again.

The service at the front desk 00 of the hotel was warm and thoughtful, and all the questions raised were solved attentively. The transportation is also convenient. It only takes ten minutes to drive there. They also helped us upgrade the room type for free. When we entered the room, we were surprised. The room was really big and the overall quality was great. Clean. Although the room was renovated, I was really surprised when I stayed in the hotel. The room was clean and tidy, the environment was good, the sound insulation was good, and it was very warm. I will choose this hotel next time I come to visit.
