Stayed here for ten nights March 2024. Hotel Is clean and tidy rooms cleaned regular. Staf are friendly and approachable. Check in was easy. Food a bit repetitive but edible. It's a struggle to get a sun bed unless you want to go put your towels out at 6am. A shortage of sun beds and space for anymore is an issue. There were sunbeds with towels on from what we witnessed empty untill after dinner. We were in the rooms numbered 101 this floor is not very nice you want to be on level 2 or above. Would we stay again Yes but would not accept a room on 1st floor. Overall not a bad hotel.

Not very good . Dated hotel . We had room second floor . Needs re vamp . Cleaners came in once in the 5 days we were there . Tiles on pool floor coming of in big patches . All drinks served in small paper cups . Would say more of a 2 star hotel . Been to better 3 stars than this one in tenerife . Sorry but wont be going back there .

Probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The hotel had a bad damp/musty odour and the beds and room did too. The only positives were the staff who were lovely and the pool bar. Food was repetitive and salty and lukewarm at best. Broken doors that wouldn’t lock properly, mouldy curtains and stained bedding - also sharing room with cockroaches on a daily basis. Not 3 star and not worth the price we paid.

This hotel has to be the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. We have always gone 3 stars and never had a bad experience. The hotel isn't very clean, the pool area needs a serious update of fake grass and sun loungers as many are broken and cracked plus not enough for the hotel at full occupancy, tiles missing from bottom of pool resulting in my son cutting his foot on the bottom of it. The food has been the same nearly every day with the exception of 1 day if you like salad and very salty food then you’ll be fine. Says frequent day time entertainment round the pool in the 10 days here we’ve seen aqua aerobics and mini golf so not frequent maybe once a week. Mini disco consists of background music and some very poor disco lights, and the evening entertainment is ok if your in your 80s or understand Spanish. This is not a family hotel we were the only family here for 7/8 days with a child who was very bored. If you like a quiet holiday and lounging by pool and not doing anything this is the hotel for you.

never ever ever would I come here again the manger for one is 100000% rude he can’t speak with respect and he may blame that on language barrier of his staff which can’t be the issue all are rude besides 2 guys with long mullets and one girl in reception with brilliant English and he clearly can’t hack that the hotel is a state very very very dated and food at dinner is always cold unless u get the fish full of bones fresh cooked . cockroaches around the restaurant when eating your dinner is not the view you want let’s be fair they say they have pool entertainment it’s never seen any entertainment while we have been here Night time entertainment is a small disco and quite music such a s..thole Heated pool what’s that… no such thing both as cold as each other I can’t tell you enough save your money people it’s awful. My girlfriend is disabled and can not use stairs guess what lifts out of order . And this is for the manger tho section I think you should double think about how you reply to people there’s plenty of reviews that can state this should not be a 3* you will be dropping customers with the amount of people that have left bad reviews gain some respect and kindness and sort your hotel out if you want business to run well you need to start listening and sorting these issues out

Didn't originally book this hotel but as our hotel closed down this was Jet 2’s idea of “equivalent” They advertised on Jet 2 this hotel had mini disco, frequent pool entertainment and daily night time entertainment. This is not the case. We came with kids thinking it would be suitable for them but it is more for older generations. There mini disco is a disco light and some quiet music playing not any holiday music which you would expect. There is nothing for children and definitely is no day time entertainment what so ever. Night time entertainment is local singers that they bring in, every night is the same. Food is the same every day it doesn't change, and everything is either over cooked or too salty! You pay deposits for aircon and tv remotes. Your only able to have breakfast from the day you fly back home or pay 50 euros for dinner, tea and late check out! You have to pay for parasols by your sun beds and aren't guaranteed a sunbed as they are all taken by about 9 am. Hotel is a shambles lifts are always out of order and we are on floor 8 and I have arthritis in my ankle meaning Ive had to walk up 8 flights of stairs to get to my room. The staff are lovely apart from the big manager who is very rude and made jokes that we did not find funny at all. This may be a cheap holiday for others but I am sure you can find better cheap holidays I would definitely say this is a 2 star at a push!

I was a solo female traveller. Nice hotel, felt safe, quiet and clean. Good food, friendly staff, good location. Close to beach, bars and shops. Cash needed on check-in for Aircon remote, TV remote and safe key. Always a sunbed available. Nice break.

Returned from another great holiday at this hotel Again had a great time. Third holiday already booked as we loved our stays. Excellent location Helpful staff. Good choice of food. I got fed up of listening to one or two people moaning about petty things. You booked a three star hotel. You have to pay for luxury. We love this hotel Give it a go

We were supposed to stay here in May 2024 but ended up not even managing to stay one night. We arrived at the hotel and initially weren’t too worried. It was dated but nothing bad. Having read the reviews online I checked what level our room was on and the receptionist made a remark about us reading the reviews…as if this was a bad thing…ok reflection this was the first warning sign. We had to to wait for our room but we arrived early so that’s not an issue. We waited in the small, old fashioned pool area. We knew it was 3* so weren’t expecting miracles but when we arrived at our room we found that it was extremely dated and worn - chipping paint, etc and we noticed greasy smears on the walls. There was old an fashioned bed spread on each bed which smelt fousty and unclean and was hair on the sheets under it. There was dust and hair build up around the headboard, too. We tried to make the best of it was we were only due to be staying 3 nights so we went downstairs for dinner, more to see what it was like than to actually eat as neither of us were feeling great about eating there. I used the womens toilet on that floor which is adjacent to the kitchen where I found half a dozen dead cockroaches and several alive ones. This was the final straw! We rang our travel company and made alternative arrangements immediately and left the hotel asap for another, cleaner, 3* hotel. When checking out staff were very dismissive of the issue. Was utterly appalled, would not stay here. Other issues included the lifts being out of order, less than ideal as I’m disabled. There was another lift but at the other end of the hotel so a much further walk. It was generally very old fashioned. I get that it’s only 3* but you’d expect a bit of modernisation nowadays. There’s also additional charges for WiFi, and you have to pay a cash deposit if you want a tv remote, Aircon remote, use of the safe or a kettle.
