All staff are friendly and pleasant. Hotel is very clean. Location is perfect to everywhere. Room was nice and comfortable.

We really liked this hotel. The room was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. The one thing we didn’t like was our dark room. The walls were painted black and the headboard and bed spread were red. There was a window in the corner but with dark heavy curtains and if we opened the blind, it would be closed when we got back to our room. Every time we opened the door to the room it was pitch dark! My husband called it the vampire room. We prefer at least a little natural light. The breakfast was good with a lot to choose from. We will probably stay here again, but only if we get a room with more natural light.

Great central location. Air con in room was poor resulting in a very uncomfortable night. General condition was a little tired, albeit clean. Breakfast was good

Pleasant stay at the hotel Aleramo ideally located in the city center with a quick access to any shop and restaurant in the city.
The room was spacious enough, good quality bed.
my little point would be the luminosity of the room, as I was also there to work.
The breakfast was ok, and the people really pleasant and helpful with a good level of english / french

Come dal titolo, questa Realta' e' ben presentata ed in aggiunta si presenta bene non solo per la zona centrale ma anche per il personale che ha a sua disposizione.Altri dettagli li posso aggiungere riguardo all'eventuale ristorazione, ma non ho avuto il tempo materiale per approfittarne.

Hotel centrale, vicino ad ampio parcheggio. Facciata molto bella e moderna. Camera adeguata e pulita; unica osservazione: in bagno non vi sono portasalviette né vicino a lavandino né al bidet. Veramente scomodo sapere dove appoggiare le salviette, per mancanza di ganci/ sgabelli. Neppure vi è gancio per appendere cappotti/ impermeabili, se non in armadio o su sedia. Colazione adeguata per qualità e quantità, con servizio bar e molta attezione alle prescrizioni anti covid. Numeroso, attento, solerte assai garbato il personale di sala.
