One of the best rooms we had in china. Nice bathrooms. Very nice view. Excellent english speaking service. The ventilation in the bathroom could be better, it takes long to renew the air.

環境：住高層風景不錯，窗外就能看到山
服務：前台服務特別好，不知道去哪玩的可以問一下前台，會介紹大理的景點，非常不錯。還有好多吃的都會介紹

差評部分☞設施很先進但很不買用，熱水器非常不好調節，給家人調節的時候一不留神就打濕了衣服，害得我感冒。整個樓層過道充滿了甲醛味道，房間裏也是甲醛味道和油煙味道，在一直的堅持下終於願意給我們更換所訂的兩個房間。
好評部分☞停車非常好停，道路指引很到位，服務態度特別好。餐廳飲食可圈可點，雖然價格小貴，但味道真心不錯，推薦。餐廳的服務人員態度非常好。

新開的酒店，環境很好，房間很大也很乾凈，雖然有點不高興，裏面有套杯子很臟，好像有好久沒有洗過都有點發黴了，但是還是給一個五星好評，服務很環境都很滿意

我們老倆口自駕遊雲南，約20多日了。昨日宿於貴酒店，前台工作人員的熱情服務，印象深刻。地下一層停車適合自駕遊者。房間智能化，方便。尤其更值得提及的是:我們年令大了，丟三落四，從大理到了雅安才發現手機充電座落在了酒店，抱着試一試的心理電話給酒店，前台工作人員積極協調，很快落實了郵寄方案，解決了我的後顧之憂，在此，對酒店的高效的辦公效率和認其的工作熱情，表達衷心的感謝！

有一説一，酒店很新，環境還不錯，最不好的就是前台，辦理入住起碼有10分鐘，還要按金，這都算了，一大早樓上就在裝修，根本睡不了，早餐更是垃圾中的垃圾，吃不下口。300多塊的酒店都比不上100多的酒店早餐！
