酒店位置算是比較偏的，地鐵站下來要走一段路，但可以坐202路有軌電車，停在酒店附近，連接地鐵站，酒店雖偏但周邊餐飲店、便利店等都有，還是蠻方便的。房間是可以吸煙的，所以一進門有很明顯的煙味，還有房間面積沒有想象中的大，其他的都還是可以的

服務中規中矩不算熱情，酒店比較新，設備設施完備，智能馬桶、小度、電動窗簾、自助洗衣房。
餐廳早餐中式為主，不算豐富，性價比不高，可以在外面吃早餐，很方便，有很多小店可選。
距離地鐵1號線河口站步行約10分鐘，很方便。距離七賢嶺森林公園步行15分鐘，免費，裏面有一小塊很小的石頭子海灘🏖️，人不算多，可以去看看，據説可以趕海。

房間不是很大，衞生乾淨，大連之旅不錯的選擇。前台服務態度非常好，能及時補充房間內拖鞋等物品。退房後行李存放前台，服務周到。

本次入住的維也納是設施、環境上比較新的，房間的一些配備比較智能，阿姨每天打掃衞生比較及時，唯一有待提高的是早餐，去了一次都沒吃飽

酒店正門不是很起眼，但是周圍有飯店餐廳，距離萬達也很近，吃飯購物很方便，房間比想象中的好很多，房間寬敞，乾淨很驚艷

酒店是新開的但沒有甲醛味，房間設施很新，打掃的非常乾淨，全屋智能，馬桶廁所自動窗簾以及小度服務都很好，出熱水速度也很快，前台服務態度很好，主動升級了有窗户的房間，離地鐵也很近，總體評得上四星了，還送了早餐卷，非常滿意又續房了一晚。

房間睡覺還是很舒服的，也很乾凈，只是早餐質量有待提高，火腿片不知道用啥做的，口感像餅乾。不要求有多豐富的早餐，食材起碼要安全呀！還有就是，沒帶身份證，遠程核驗身份還要付3塊錢，頭一次聽説。。。。
