除了前台服務不在線以外，其他都挺不錯。硬件環境、泡池、餐廳餐飲、湖區環境都適合度假。前台的服務水平明顯和其他五星級酒店有差距，其他環節的服務人員還挺好。

服務太撇，餐廳小童座椅都拿不出來，一問就是在客人房間，整個酒店衹有三把小童餐椅，明明就是親子酒店小童餐椅的數量這麼少，説明根本就沒有用心把酒店服務管理做好。其次，酒店私湯，這麼貴的房間要求客服按照時間把温泉水放好不是應該嗎，一打給前台就是需要客人自己放水。住過那麼多私湯酒店，就這家服務態度是這種差勁，私湯放水就要放一個小時，等於説客人必須等在酒店水放完了才能出門，那如果本來就有其他安排怎麼辦。服務太差勁！酒店早飯種類也少，整體來説不推薦入住！

趁着小盆友還沒開學，到大邑雲上度假區打卡木蓮莊酒店。
網上團購了一個套餐，999包含一晚私湯大床房和小火鍋晚餐。酒店位置比較偏，但是環境很好，度假區裏有大大的草坪，適合垂釣的湖面，天氣好的時候在外面露營區坐坐相當愜意。酒店為日式風格，私湯就在房間裏面，適合一家三口享用。小火鍋葷素搭配，還配有爽口涼菜和小吃紅糖餈粑，分量已是足夠。除了晚上房間裏的空調聲音有點大外，酒店整體體驗感都還不錯。

逼格很高的酒店，自帶温泉，入住這個房還有泡池，房間的設施都很不錯。整個酒店的園區非常大，可以在裏面好好逛逛像公園一樣。停車充電都沒有問題。餐廳的飯菜也很好吃，衹是要注意時間，太晚了就吃不到了。
