Slightly far from city area. About 30 mins car ride if no traffic.
About 30 to 45 mins away from airport if no traffic.
Clean and huge room, friendly staffs, excellent breakfast food, comfortable stay.

因為去鄭州宇通公司開會，方便起見特意選擇了入住公司旁邊的鉑笙酒店（實際上是宇通集團旗下的酒店），感受到了無微不至的服務，挺讓人驚艷不已，由於會議期間飯店房間滿房很意外地被升級到了行政套房，因而也真正體會了一下全方位的服務
設施：雖然不是掛牌的五星酒店，但擁有着五星酒店的配套設施，行政套房雖然臨馬路，但隔音效果很好，非常安靜。且很貼心地在進門處多設定了一間衞生間以供外來訪者使用，會客廳既有辦公的寫字書桌也有沙發，空間寬敞舒適。卧房大床是king size，可以練瑜伽。衞生間洗浴和馬桶均為獨立間，也有泡澡的浴缸，衞生潔具均為科勒，尤其是馬桶選用了可沖洗的，考慮周到。淋浴房內很貼心地安裝了伸縮掛衣繩以供客人晾衣滴水用。
衞生：房間整潔，桌子沒有灰塵，地毯無污漬，可赤腳行走，包括衞生間的防滑墊也乾淨無黴點（多數酒店不會注意這些細節）
環境：酒店大堂低調奢華，雖然深色調但不使人感到壓抑，酒店外綠樹成蔭，鮮花盛開，很適合飯後散步。
服務：完全無可挑剔。入住前會電話聯繫確認到店時間，前台辦理入住手續迅速熱情，入住後會主動探訪住客瞭解入住感受並贈送了小禮品。晚餐去了全日餐廳吃晚飯，服務人員周到耐心地推薦菜品，非常美味可口，份量恰到好處。自助早餐雖然客人很多但清理客人的碗碟非常及時，忙中有序。補充食物也非常及時，服務人員穿梭忙碌沒有看手機的現象。
作為一個普通客人我很少見到雖然沒有被評為五星但卻有着五星的服務，如今可算有緣相遇，希望下次去鄭州有機會再到鉑笙酒店體會這種到家的感覺。

房間大，設施新，裝修上檔次，服務態度專業友好，雖然位置偏僻，但有外賣可以送到酒店，離方特也比較近，是一次快樂的入住體驗.

房間可以對標萬豪喜來登，小童拖鞋甚至比喜來登的更舒適更柔軟。客房服務有求必應。很滿意。在電影小鎮領着孩子玩結束到這裏十來公里，不算太遠自駕遊可以不用考慮別的酒店了，這家店可以閉着眼睛入住。

我們在奧萊附近定的連鎖酒店，價格也不便宜，結果房間裏衞生設施又臟又破，後來多跑了20多公里定了鉑笙酒店，完全出乎意料，酒店大樓和大廳非常大氣，4星應該沒問題，房間乾淨衞生也大，服務非常好，早餐也非常豐盛，必須給五星好評。下次出差肯定還定這裏

杯子枕頭非常舒服

整個入住過程非常舒服
酒店特意打電話回訪，讓我給提提建議
1前台送禮品不要拿出來兩個讓人選，給一個，如果客人不喜歡可以再拿另一個
2客人離店當天必須消除客人一切聯繫方式避免酒店人員用於善意回訪還是其他目的，如有回訪應該在留聯繫方式時“明確”告知會有回訪，並“明確告知”回訪時間，並徵得同意
3電子發票是否有其他接收形式，避免強留客人聯繫方式
看在個人淵源份上，一星差評就免了
附上酒店附近一家10年老店的美食，黃河灘地鍋雞，離酒店900多米，可以去嘗，雞肉牛肉丸口感好味道鮮，配菜和麪也是超級棒，蓋過國內多個城市試過的地鍋雞
