The night shift front desk employee could have been more helpful. She just acted like she’d rather be anywhere else but at work. Hampton is known for HOSPITALITY, however, this was NOT portraying hospitality NOT the slightest bit.! The hotel’s rooms, elevators, parking lot, and entrance were notably clean and maintained, as always.!

Very hard to get to the parking lot entrance. When you are getting there late at night, the sign towards the hotel was not even lit.

They are doing a great job with updating the hotel. The room was nice and clean with updated furnishings. Making it a great place to stop on our road trip. And very close to tons of food options.

The property was under renovation and ******* didn't warn about that aspect, The handicap room was on the fourth floor. In the event of a fire, I would have been trapped on the fourth floor because elevators would not be accessible.

Booked this property based solely on the fact that they had an indoor pool. No where was it mentioned online that the pool was being renovated and was closed. I had some really disappointed kids at check in. A disclaimer or some information would've been nice.

Room was not cleaned AND the housekeeping staff was gone. I had to make several trips to the front desk to get linen and towels. The front desk clerk was nice and polite, but unable to be of much assistance.
