The service is exceptional, the location is perfect, and younever have to leave for anything. I highly recommend!!! Never ran in to an issue, you must check out the live music at AJ's and plenty to do for the kids, the boat shuttle to the beach is perfect !!!

The service at restaurants were extremely slow. Our room, the couch was all worn down and all stained. Staff at Emerald Grand didn’t seem to care about our concerns and brushed us off. I’m highly disappointed for the price your paying for this place.

the couches were gross and falling in, toilet seat was broken in half ( how do you not see that when your cleaning and fix it?! smh.), the concierges where no help and didn’t compensate or help when telling them about the grossness. proceeded to tell us we would be penalized! how awful. also they have no sense of customer service. other than that the area is great.

We stayed at Emerald Grande for Easter break with my children and grandkids. I was disappointed in the 4 bedroom condo we had. The den furniture was dirty and in terrible condition. Toilet seat was cracked in one of the bathrooms. Pillows were terrible. Some of the lights didn’t work. The view was beautiful but the hotel is in need of updates. I won’t be staying here again.

My trip is in 2 weeks, and Im concerned. I received calls and emails about trying to process a payment for another stay (NOT MINE) in September for someone named Sherry, which isn't me nor did I authorize someone else to use my card. This does not instill confidence in this business, especially when I've upgraded to the penthouse suite. So, I hope it's made right and that I can make a better review in 2 weeks.

This place is a dive. It is outdated and appears to have never been refurnished. My room was disgusting. They charge a bed tax. There is no maid service. They have an additional charge of $170.00 to clean room upon your departure. There were no pads on beach chairs or towels.

Room 626 Terrible! Found roaches and went to front desk. Was told all they could do was have maintenance come and spray. We would be responsible for cleaning up any dead roaches. We said that was not acceptable and wanted housekeeping to come clean and give us fresh towels and change the sheets. They said that since COVID the policy is that housekeeping can only bring fresh towels, but they would not clean or change sheets. We said that was not acceptable and this was an extenuating circumstance. To get that done we had to speak to a manager. After leaving our room for 4 hours we came back hopefully optimistic. The room was clean and there were no roaches to be seen. We left for the evening to go eat. Upon returning there were roaches all over the kitchen. At least 7 that we caught before they scurried back into the cabinets and behind the stove and refrigerator. We went to the front desk again. This time the manager was sympathetic but was not able to help us in any way. This is simply unacceptable. We were willing to move to another unit but were told they were 100% booked. We should have been told at the very least that we could have our money refunded so we could have a chance to find a clean place to stay. Still waiting to hear from someone on how to get this resolved. Hoping for the best. The property is in a great location and has lots of amenities. Sad that this is had to ruin our family vacation.

Here for a week for a family gathering. Great location. The boardwalk is about a mile long or so from the bridge end, which is where the hotel resort is located at. Got a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom presidential suite room. The master bedroom and attached bathroom are quite big, the second bedroom is decently sized and also has an attached bathroom. The 3rd bedroom is closest to the room door, it's smaller, as is the smaller. The staff are friendly and helpful. The common balconies here are nice and there's an elevator to the boardwalk too from the pool level or Grand View. The room is a food place for 3-5 folks, a bit tight with more than 5 or 6 people in my opinion though. The concert and many events are on the board walk. There is an oyster event on Sunday for Veteran's day, but we will miss that event. The master bedroom is the best living area, has its own private balcony from the main balcony that's accessible from the kitchen or living room / den area and second bedroom too. The larger balcony is a L- shaped. The kitchen looks big, but it gets tight even with two people using it and getting through the galley. Besides the check-in and check-out, we didn't have much interaction with the staff, but the little we had was good. The views from the room were great! Lots of wonderful pics of the bay and the Gulf of Mexico from the balcony and of all of the boats passing through the East Pass to the Gulf.

This 5 star rating is for the condo and the security. The front of house hospitality could use some training in customer service since the last several times I stayed, they were not very welcoming or accommodating. However despite that, I had an great overall experience. I will say, I was helped by Cameron from the security team and he was very helpful, kind and professional. The three bedroom condo I stayed in was beautiful, spacious, clean and comfortable. I will vacation with them again.
