The place was amazing! Beautiful old house restored in gorgeous detail. Lovely furnishings. The bed was so comfortable. I wish I could take it home! Never heard the other guests the whole stay. Coffee in the lobby was available with a Kuerig all day long. Nice, even had Great Lakes roasting company coffee. Convenient to the University too. Q-line was less than a block away. Great place to stay.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. One of the best nights sleep we have ever had. The beds are so comfortable. One in town again, we would love to stay here again.

Properties were beautiful and well managed. Room was clean, bright, and bed was very comfortable. The staff were super friendly, very welcoming, and had lots of great suggestions. Breakfast in the morning was fresh and very good. Will definitely stay when I’m in Detroit again.

Always my favorite place to stay in the city. Unique, beautiful, quiet, great staff. The whole package.
I will say that the breakfast could be a little bit better, and it used to be, but given that it's included, I'm not sure it's fair to poke holes in that.

Spent a night at the hotel. The staff was nice and helpful. The only thing to complain about was the wall electrical outlets were very old and very loose, to the point that my chargers cannot even stay plugged in. And this was the case in all of the outlets in my room.

Wonderful property with style and convenience. Staff is very friendly and walks you to your room. The area is very safe and with good dining options. Easily accessible by car or tramway (stop right on the block). University and museums just a few minutes away.

I absolutely loved the historic vibe the houses gave off. The staff is extremely nice & super helpful! Will definitely be keeping this on my list when we come visit Detroit again!
