Booked last minute to get a one night stay. At arrival called Urban Homy servicedesk and they remotely opened all doors, to let me in to the apartment. The lady told me: you can find the key cards on the table. But unfortunately there was no key card. Also the apartment smelled terrible, due to people intensively smoked inside. The lady told me to be patient and she should organize a key. After half an hour, I called her again but still nothing organized. Due to the missing key, I also didn't had access to the bath room. After one hour called again and she asked me to search again, since the key should be in the room. But nothing was there and she didn't really had an idea how to solve the issue. She told me to be patient, while they were working on a solution. I lost my patience and cancelled the booking and left the apartment. Of course due to late cancellation, I had to pay the full amount

It has a very central and convenient location. The breakfast was delicious and abundant, excellent service. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Clean room and comfortable bed. Highly recommended.

Avrei dato pessimo ma il personale alza il punteggio in quanto molto cordiale. Le stanze con secchi per acqua che cade dai condizionatori, stanze sporche ,bagno con porte schizzate( sembrava caffè) Ci hanno cambiato la stanza perché la porta non si chiudeva,il condizionatore non funzionava. Moquette macchiata vecchia e sporca,sarei da smantellare e rinnovare. Ottima la colazione inclusa nel prezzo. C'è un menù giornaliero a pranzo di 16 euro e a cena di 18 euro ma non saprei in quanto non ne abbiamo usufruito. Diciamo che è l'ultima spiaggia se si è di passaggio e non si trova nulla ,ma veramente solo se si rischia di dormire in macchina. Zona industriale c è un supermercato , cinema ( non so se funzionante) piccoli punti di ristoro ma noi siamo capitati in un giorno di tutto chiuso. Abbiamo preso un caffè la sera nel distributore dell'albergo.

Excellent location, very friendly and smiley staff. Nice choice of products for the breakfast. Even the espresso and the cappuccino were available. The room was big, clean and tidy. The bed and pillow were really comfortable. I recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to visit Gorizia/Trieste/Udine and Slovenia.
