Great hotel with a gorgeous view and a most helpful staff. Jessica and Max at the restaurant are amazing!!! The best!! The office staff is fantastic, specifically Daria who helped us so much. Rooms are great, best shower.

All went well at Ducale hotel. They did not have a restaurant at present, but there are many places to eat in the village of Dolo 2km away. Even on Sunday, we found a very nice restaurant in the afternoon. The hotel itself is an old mansion and still has the flavor of the past. The owners are working to update various items, but the rooms are clean, well serviced, bathrooms are in good condition. The staff is very good and very informative And yes the TV works. The breakfast is very good. Free parking also. No street noise either.

Location spettacolare, palazzo storico in magnifico giardino vicino al Naviglio del Brenta. La struttura è meravigliosa, certo una ristrutturazione non farebbe male ma si respira comunque una bella a**osfera. La nostra camera non era grande, aveva il soffitto molto alto, era riscaldata bene (visitata in autunno) e con letto comodo. Servizio gentile e colazione eccellente in un ambiente unico con vista sul giardino. Si, forse è un po decadente, ma è pulita e curata, con letti comodi e grande colazione, ci tornerei.

Peccato perché il posto è magnifico e probabilmente per gli altri anche il mangiare è molto buono. Io , con prenotazione di menù per uno senza glutine, ho patito la fame. Al buffet di aperitivo ho chiesto qualcosa ma si sono scusati dicendo che non c'era nulla e che avrei però avuto il menù a pranzo. Per antipasto ho avuto un tortino che il cameriere non ha saputo indicarmi di cosa fosse fatto e dicendo che non sapeva nulla del "glutine" e che casomai me lo portava senza formaggio. Dopo due ore , mi è arrivato un primo su due. Su ripetuta richiesta, per accontentarmi, mi sono stati portati degli avanzi del buffet senza indicazione (probabilmente anche andati a male). Praticamente ho guardato gli altri mangiare. Gestione delle intolleranze (che non sono capricci) IMBARAZZANTE. Camerieri infastiditi dal problema, a parte un ragazzo giovane molto gentile. Non è stata indicata alcuna distinzione al tavolo come avviene solitamente, non ho trovato neanche un pacchetto di crackers shar o nutrifree (che trovo davvero dappertutto), ad ogni piatto ho dovuto ricordare il mio problema del quale i camerieri non sapevano niente. Dulcis in fundo, ho passato la notte e i due giorni successivi con intossicazione alimentare e tanta paura vista la mia dolce attesa. Veramente amareggiata anche perché ho pagato un pranzo completo come gli altri. Mai più

Location molto bella, ma la qualità offerta dal ristorante è quasi pessima. Ignorano ogni richiesta d'intolleranza continuano a chiederti se proprio non puoi mangiare ciò che è previsto dal menù. Ho saltato 2 intere portate perché non avevano altro da propormi. Peccato l'aver pagato il menù completo come tutti gli altri.

Una delusione totale! Giornata tremenda! Abbiamo fatto una pessima figura con tutti i parenti durante il festeggiamento del battesimo di nostra figlia… avevamo scelto questa villa storica per fare bella figura e invece è stato un disastro. Prima portata con un filetto avariato e rimandato indietro, il piatto puzzava e il cameriere diceva che era il tipo di carne. Un nostro parente è dovuto uscire perché la puzza lo ha fatto sentire male. UNA FIGURACCIA! Poi lo chef ha ammesso l’errore e lo ha sostituito con un altro, ma troppo in ritardo ormai erano le 17.30 e la gente era stanca e infastidita e voleva passare al dolce. Tagliata al ginepro super grassa. Abbiamo portato il dolce noi, con un pezzo a parte di pasta di zucchero e lo hanno messo loro sopra senza chiederci nulla e mettendolo tutto storto ROVINANDO LA TORTA. I 3 bambini per un solo primo piatto, senza bibite e senza secondo hanno pagato ben 50 euro. Senza considerare che il cameriere nonostante le lamentele stava in silenzio e andava via senza rispondere, senza riferire che lo avrebbe detto a qualcuno e senza scusarsi! Zero cura verso il cliente e qualità del cibo scarsissima… Giornata rovinata! Abbiamo pagato una follia senza nessun tipo di SCONTO dopo tutto quello che è successo. Una vergogna!

Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte nel periodo di carnevale. La posizione è comoda anche per visitare Venezia raggiungibile in circa 25 min. La villa che ospita l hotel è dell'800 le camere grandi ma dovrebbere essere maggiormente curate anche se antiche. Ottimo il letto di larghezza plus, ma dalle camere si sente tutto quello che accade nella camera adiacente, hanno il pavimento in legno e a volte mancano dei listelli.e oschilla se qualcuno salta affianco. Colazione buona, parcheggio presente.
