Small hotel with the reception only open a few hours per day. The floor in the room was dirty and AC is not included in the rate. You also need to prebook what you want to eat for breakfast. Not my favorite choice of hotel.

It was summer 2021 at the time of booking, great professionalism. Upon entering the hotel, there were two people at the reception, neither of them bothered to respond to the greeting, not even raised their heads.

Welcoming hotel with lovely internal garden, comfortable rooms and bathroom with hydromassage. Many services offered (aperitif on the terrace for example) and young and efficient staff. A few meters from the Brenta, 10 minutes from Dolo (small but charming centre, 1500 mill and restaurants), and possibility of taking the ferry to Venice from Fusina. A nice surprise!

Upon arrival just before 3 p.m., there were people standing with their suitcases in the front yard in the rain. People were not allowed to enter earlier than the check-in time. The villa is located on a busy road, the insulation is poor. Our windowless room was in a corner of the garden. Small and stuffy. Towel change €7, ban on eating or drinking from your own items. We were booked in for 3 nights on a wine trip with friends. After ignoring our greeting, we were told how unfriendly Germans are. Since the food warmer lives next to the terrace, we were rudely turned away. To top it off, our dinner was something warmed up in the doggy box. The operators were in no way inferior to their staff when it came to friendliness. We decided to cancel the vacation as quickly as possible after 2 of 3 days. Recommendation not to book here. Instead, be sure to enjoy some great times next door in Villa Fini.

Hotel di charme, era una villa di nobili veneziani per la vacanza; camere pulite con tv lcd, wifi, cassaforte e minibar, condizionatore e servizi con doccia in camera. Non molto grande la camera, ma c'è un giardino sul retro della struttura con sedie e tavolini. Con l'agenzia il 27 e 28 maggio 2023 abbiamo speso 132,50 € a notte in camera matrimoniale, colazione inclusa. Tassa di soggiorno con 1 caffè e 1 the 14€. Meglio prenotare su siti specializzati. Personale cortese e disponibile, parcheggio gratuito davanti alla struttura lungo la riva del Brenta.
