During the holiday season, the price of 400 yuan to stay is a bit far-fetched. The better thing is that there is a balcony where you can ventilate and you can hear the sound of the waves. The nearby traffic is more convenient, parking in the community, 10 yuan a day.

This hotel is just a private apartment, and the privacy is good, and the basic facilities are also available, but the general feeling is that the TV is broken and the water heater is hot and cold. The facilities are relatively poor.

The location is not difficult to find, but no one will take you where you will never find it. You have to go up from the elevator in the underground parking lot. The apartment should be remodeled, and there is a rusty and abandoned sink on the balcony. The sanitary conditions can only be said to be so-so, not cleaned up, and there is a toothbrush left by the last resident next to the toilet waste. The sink is relatively old. The location is not far from the coast, but it is not very convenient to get a taxi from the town here, and it is inconvenient to go back and forth. The price/performance ratio is so-so, I think it's a little expensive after spending almost 400 a night on holidays, usually one or two hundred live is almost the same

公寓位置很好找，乾淨衞生，老闆熱情周到，就在馬鑾灣海邊，交通便利，停車方便，餐飲下樓就有大排檔，價格也還可以，適合親子出遊或朋友聚會，喜歡沙灘和游泳的朋友可以到這裏玩。

此次與十八位朋友一起出遊，八月上旬入宿在島上馬鑾灣城附近的東山海樂居公寓酒店，出行方便快捷，離開海濱浴場徒步五分鐘，不含早餐，房間總體簡單偏貴，還是值得推薦！

衞生真的很差 地上滿是灰塵 沙發和床也給人黏糊糊的感覺，燈光昏暗 門也是壞的很難鎖上。安全係數也不高，疫情特殊時期居然不用辦理入住直接去房間，鑰匙就掛在門上，其他沒有入住的房間也是直接門上掛着鑰匙，誰都可以直接進去。最基本的身份證核酸證明都不用出示，退房也是直接鑰匙掛門上就可以了，給人不正規的感覺 家人都説最差的一次體驗

非常滿意無可挑剔

除了地方離海邊近點外。環境太差，太臟了。簡陋。。不推薦。。。
