It was a very unpleasant experience, the bed in terrible condition and with the feeling that you would wake up on the floor due to its poor quality. You yourself must take the dirty towels to reception so you can have clean ones.

I did not like the bedding. Thin sheets on bed and thin pillows. Dirty floor and had stains on it. Also there was no curtains in our room, only blinds which made the sun come in.

Only complain is Moldy room. The room smelled bad our entire stay. Had to use scented candles. Other than that The room is spacious the bed was comfy. Workers for the most part were friendly. Wouldn’t stay again the humidity is not controlled even with air conditioning.

Very cold, feeling property. There is zero lobby so the welcome feeling is totally not there. The room furnishing sorry sp**** drab.. we checked in late at night. The night clerk was carrying on a conversation with his friend in the entry while checking us in. The woman who checked this out in the morning was just lovely. There are a lot of restaurants within 1 mile, but walking there was quite hazardous.. I would not stay there again. PS, no breakfast

This was the worst hotel i have ever seen. We didnt even stay there, we left and went to another property. There was stains on the bed sheets, dried up crap on the floor, it smelled like a whole bottle of pinesol. Just bad for the price I paid

The property works very poorly, they did not return my refund of almost 1,500 due to poor work by the manager and the workers. I already wrote to ******* and they told them that the hotel did very bad work and I will not rest until I get my refund.

Room is too small, no hot water boiling kettle, elevator is dirty, terrible location, nothing but warehouses around hotel, Very uncomfortable with the way the bed was arranged. Not worth the money. It was completely different from what shown on its website.

For the price, accommodations were ok. The room was clean, however the floor is I guess treated with some sort of wax. I always bring either slippers or flip flops so not an issue for me. The bathroom was clean and stocked with just a small bottle of shampoo and 2 bath bars. The front desk has complimentary toothbrushes and toothpaste. The bed and pillows were clean but not comfortable. Overall I felt this is a good hotel if you are on a tight budget, and you get an above average hotel without sacrificing your security or well being.
