Grafton Capital Hotel

Great and affordable. centrally located, clean rooms, and the nicest staff…it’s just right if you need a place to park it for your first time in Dublin. And the bar, and restaurant is good too. It’s a nice place.

We went to the Grafton Hotel for some drinks last weekend, and we truly loved the Hotel, which is very modern, and the service was outstanding . Adre was fantastic she took care of us in everything Highly recommend! Definitely coming back!!!

The hotel was centrally located (in the midst of and within walking distance of the best restaurants, pubs, shopping and sites in Dublin). The front desk personnel were very helpful and friendly, particularly Christos. A wonderful place to stay when visiting Ireland.

Great location, great service, friendly, and accommodating staff, and very comfortable rooms. We would definitely come back here and stay again. There were several family members staying at this hotel and we all had the same experience.

Good location but largely overpriced for an average room experience. Poor lighting, no chest of drawers. very little hanging storage or other place to store clothing. Will have to quite literally live out of the suitcase for the entire stay.

This is a wonderful hotel. We booked it as it offers a family room, with a large king bed and then two twin bunk beds, we have a large family. We stayed two nights and chose the package where the kids get a little treat (I won't spoil the surprise!) From the very first welcome to the last minute, everyone in that hotel did what they could to make our trip a trip to remember! The staff were lovely to the children, offered to help with our bags and made the children feel very special. Our room was immaculate. The complimentary water in cartons is a nice touch. I also like the fact all of the hotel information is on a QR code on the back of your key. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. A special mention to Gary who gave us such a lovely welcome each morning. I would also like to thank the hotel manager who recommended we visit Madigan's pub on O'Connell street. I cannot recommend this hotel enough and cannot wait to return.

Although I expected the room and especially the bathroom to both be more spacious for the price we paid, you could not experience more impressive service nor a more prime location than offered by The Grafton. Noel, the concierge went above and beyond in his personal attention to our requests. He is remarkable! Any hotel would be lucky to have him in their employ. Also, a shout out each to Liluanna and Gary in the restaurant as well as to George, Treema, and Jhuviel in Guest Reception. You're all a credit to this establishment! In addition, the location is great if you want to be within easy walking distance of Dublin's top tourist destinations. You are situated right in city center: ideal in every way. Finally, get ready to enjoy a great breakfast. Many options are available and, again, the service stands out. We will gladly stay here on future visits to Dublin!

First visit to Dublin and I am so happy we chose The Grafton Hotel. What a fantastic location. We were able to walk to almost all of our tours and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We met the Noel (concierge) one afternoon as we were returning from one of our tours. What a great source of knowledge. It was so nice to be welcomed back to the hotel with his warm welcome and smile. We took advantage of the breakfast option and it was perfect. Great variety of food that kept everyone happy. We were greeted by Joanna on most days. She and the rest of the staff who managed the breakfast did a great job......from keeping everything stocked, running coffee and tea and greeting and seating us. Our rooms were nice and very quiet and the beds were comfy. The housekeeping staff was very accommodating with any extras you needed. Thanks for making our Dublin visit so wonderful.

Great location and the most friendly staff. Gary Liluanna and Noel were especially great in going out of there way to help us out. However be warned about the air conditioning in the room. We were in Dublin when it was warm and discovered that the room A/C works on a timer so we had to reset the thermostat during the night to cool down. It was only at checkout time we discovered that the front desk can automatically override the A/C timer at your request.
