We went there for a long weekend and we had a fantastic time at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and very efficient. The duty manager Mr. Mueller had done on fantastic job on us so traveling with a toddler was easy. Very nice food as well - room service was quite fast and breaky was yummy. Don't forget to visit little Tokio - stunning restaurants there. Ask the famous concierge for recommendations - he knows where to go. We had a fab time so thanks to all who make it happen!!!

Very nice hotel right in the center of Dusseldorf. Staff is very friendly and rooms were large and clean. We traveled with our 3 year old and there was plenty of room for him to play. We had breakfast at the hotel, which was the usual European style breakfast buffet with yummy food The hotel has dedicated indoor parking, which is very helpful in such a busy city. This is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in and I would definitely stay here again in the future. In terms of local activities, it was easy to reach the waterfront, old center, shops and the park from the hotel. We were also able to visit all chrismas markets easily by foot from the hotel.

The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was adequate. The staff were polite and accommodating as we did arrive earlier and managed to get a room and we were also very kindly and free of charge granted a later check out. The location is certainly central and there is easy access to public transport. However, this is not a boutique hotel, at least in the rooms themselves. While the communal areas looked nicely decorated and stylish, our room did not in the slightest meet the same standard. We stayed in room 336 and allow me to itemise a few maintenance items that need attending to: reading light not working as was damaged; side lamp only had the one bulb, tiles in bathroom about to come loose and clearly a lovely water stain by the air con vent. None of these impeded a comfortable sleep or an adequate stay, however they did make the room look tired and not worth its value. Ah and when got a call to the room we were unable to take said call as the phone cord came loose. We attempted to put it back but still the phone would not work. We were prepared for the room being small and it certainly was small and did the job, Lastly, If parking on site do be prepared for tight corners and bends. Anything larger than a Mini does require some manoeuvring and care, you may well come out of the parking with scratches on your side, as you will notice by the many scratches left by previous drivers on the walls.

The price-quality ratio is excellent!!! A full-fledged chunk for more than an acceptable price (the number of two 51 euros - and this is on a pink Monday carnival in Dusseldorf). I don't know, maybe people were scared of the weather and because of this we were lucky with the price. At any rate, convenience was at the height. And full breakfast for only 7.5 euros (for Germany it is cheap) above all praise. With marinated cucumbers you can get mad.

Friendly staff that all spoke English. The location felt safe and was very quiet but still central. The room was nice enough and had enough space, and the hotel was comfortable with some artistic design. My room faced towards the direction of the old town but was silent at night, and quiet during the day even with the windows wide open. Plenty of hot water, but the towels were small and cheap. A coffee expresso machine in the room with coffee but no tea. The hotel looked a bit tired in places but nothing to worry about and repairs were ongoing. Unfortunately the advertised computer I needed was missing apparently broken. This was unacceptable and my only real complaint. No garden seating area. The breakfast was good with enough to choose from including hot food, but it finished early at 10:30. The English black tea wasn’t and was horrible, so British tea drinkers bring tea yourself. If passing I’d stay here again for sure.

We go 3-4 times a year to Düsseldorf. It was the first (and not the last) time we stayed in Lindenhof hotel. The lady at the reception was very friendly as well when we checked in as we checked out. After your stay you receive a mail with a thank you for staying in the hotel.Always a pleasure to receive such a mail. The hotel itself has a very good situation. A 5 min walk and you are on the Königsallee. 10 min. to the Shadow Arkaden and Altstadt. Also a 10 min. walk to the main trainstation. Furthermore 20 meters away from the hotel you have the entrance of a large parking garage. (Exit is in the Charlottenstrasse, go right and then again right in the Grupellostrasse and you arrive after a 2 min walk at the hotel) The metro in the Oststrasse is only 150 meters from the hotel, which brings you directly to the Heinrich Heine Allee (second stop and center of the city); Our room was nicely decorated and very clean. Alltough we were on the corner of the Oststrasse and Grupellostrasse it was very quiet. The breakfast buffet is very good with a large choice (fresh goods) So to discover Düsseldorf I can really advise this hotel.

The hotel's staff at the reception, plus, responds with a focus on every problem, and, contrary to the saying, we found breakfast quite adequate. As for the hotel's shortages · If you are going to check in after 20:00 fans, the things are getting a little crazy, Booking Rez doesn't accept the number you need to operate with the qr code that you have arrived by email, I also recommend you learn the Wi-Fi password when the wrong reception is open. The heating and light system in the rooms was not very adequate.

What a dramatic hotel, furniture and the decor of the last century. Staff behind the reception treat you as a dog. For 10 euros the hotel is still too expensive. And very exciting, the slices of mouse poison and mouse falls in the loge. The staircase (flying route) is full of beds. Handtucks that appear to be washed by hand are full of make-up from the previous guests. In short, look for another hotel in the beautiful Düsseldorf.

We stayed on account of the positive reviews here, and quite honestly am surprised! The rooms are a good size, and clean, and the parking is good (we managed to park directly outside the hotel twice- there's only space for a few cards here). However the breakfast was terrible. The choice was limited, and the quality was poor. We used the coffee machine and the latte came out in chunks. I put the coffee to the side and later told the staff and he just said ”Oh” and then went away to fix the machine, leaving the chunky coffee there... the croissants didn't seem fresh, the boiled eggs were very over done. We didn't bother having breakfast on our second morning, there wasn't much point. The previous weekend we stayed at another hotel in Dusseldorf and the breakfast there was outstanding, and we were paying less. Disappointing.

The location was good, not far away from the train station. But at night at 3p.m., there were some gangsters outside making noise and loud music. I have called the front desk to ask if it is possible to call the police but the front desk answer was no, there was nothing they can do. We could only change to another room, but at 3 p.m. wearing pyjama, we really didn't want to change anymore... Also, there was no airconditioning so it was extremly hot, that's why we opened our window but the noise outside was horrible
