I love this hotel. Clean and comfortable bed. The breakfast is super good.

We had a quiet, lovely stay. Breakfast choices were varied and fresh brew coffee machines were great.

The rooms were smaller than the average hotel in my opinion. There was only a rolling desk chair because there was no room for a lounging type chair making it a bit uncomfortable to relax in the room.

It is a new hotel, looks very nice from outside, but we have some issues with the cleaning lady. The pillows cover did not get changed when we checked in, we still see fabric on one of the pillow, and the other one got oil or blood on it. The front desk help us by getting us some new pillows. And when we take out the quilt, there got more oil/blood on the sheet. Which we did not notice until the next morning.

The only negative part about our stay was that the rooms are very small, we are a family of 4 and it was very tight! Everything else was goo.

Booked 2 Rooms for 3 nights and when adding another room to my party it was easy thanks to Yaritza she was very helpful and profesional rooms were clean and shower even better. Awesome staff overall the best I’ve stayed when I’m in the area. If in the area make sure you book with AVID/IHG

This was a great hotel. One of the most comfy beds I have ever slept in during a hotel stay. The rooms were super clean. My only complaint the breakfast left a little to be desired.

We always choose to stay at Avid when we are in Lancaster because it is such a clean place and the staff are really friendly. The views from the room is also so beautiful. The pool is a bonus as well. My only two complaints -- their ice machine isnt working and the note on it said they arent able to get it to work, who knows how long that signs been on there. They can at least try to get it repaired or replaced. The other is they should have a laundry room for convenience.

Clean, modern rooms. Easiest TV streaming option - every place should have that! Excellent breakfast. Staff was very pleasant. Tremendous value for the price!!!!

My stay was not long but the receptionist on duty when I checked in on Christmas Eve was friendly and helpful. The hotel was quiet and cozy just what anyone would need after a a 3 hour drive from New York.

This is the first time my wife and I have stayed at the Avid hotel. It was a very good experience. The room, bed and other areas of the hotel. The breakfast was as we expected. The hotel is close to the sights in the area and close to the shopping also. All in All, it was a good stay. We would recommend it to Senior citizens staying in Lancaster.

My stay was ok the bed was comfortable, The room was smaller than I expected but ok, also some of the walls in the room could use a little touch up with paint or something and if they could get those black and red bugs that come in from the outside under control that would be really good. The staff was really nice and helpful.

Staff was attentive and courteous. The room and hotel are very clean and modern. Would stay there again !

Construction is going on at the facility, staff was rude and inconsiderate of guests. Very noisy after hours when facility has posters up stating being loud will not be tolerated.
