我們到店住宿沒有任何服務，晚6點問服務員洗衣機能用嗎？回覆我們服務員下班了，用不了，最讓人傷心的是第二天早上離店時，車停在酒店正門口，右轉彎時撞到酒店門口台階下面右側的石頭上面了，門口兩側台階下面擺放石頭不知道幹什麼用的？！鋒利無比！我們的車當時就被割爆胎了！！！找到服務員，店老闆沒有任何解決辦法，回覆你們自己撞到的，就沒有人再過問此事了！！無耐！無語！還是臨近兩個門店的老闆幫助我們聯繫了當地一家換輪胎的人，希望大家選擇住宿的時候不要再發生這樣的問題了，出門在外遇到這樣的事不衹是損失的問題，是真的很危險！！！！也希望能提醒到大家！！也希望店老闆和服務員改善提升一下服務，有問題發生不怕，要正面解決問題才行，才能生意更好的！
