We stayed one night at this hotel while driving cross country. We were greeted by Lucas at the front desk, who was so friendly and welcoming. He made us feel right at home. The hotel is stunning, and the bar/restaurant downstairs was bumping despite it being after 10:30pm. There was a great a**osphere. He informed us that we had been upgraded to a junior suite and we also had a $30 credit we could use for dining. This was thrilling for us, as we had just driven over 11 hours to get here and we're starving. Our room was absolutely beautiful, on the 14th floor. It was clean overall, except the toilet had many obvious hairs inside and the bathroom floors looked stained. I think this was because of the stone and wear overtime, more than it was about not having been cleaned. We ordered in room dining, and absolutely loved the carnitas plate. It was huge and easily could have been shared by us both, but my husband ordered the burger, which he really enjoyed as well. We had a great night's sleep and really enjoyed the views our the 3 windows in the room that morning. We door dashed breakfast, and a staffer brought it up to us so we didn't have to leave our room. When we checked out, the front desk girls were very kind, and 2 different Valets helped me with my bags. We did the self-parking in the garage, and aside from it not being attached to the hotel, it was no problem. Every person we met during our short stay was wonderfully professional and should be praised by their management
