¡ Fantastic stay! The hotel is a great truth, super large and clean rooms with a huge bathroom (in my case was double room) equipped with towels, dryer and liquid gel/shampoo for the shower. Found this hotel after a search on Wotif. It did not disappoint. Everything perfect. Staff, especially Reception, friendly, welcoming and keen to help in anyway. Room large and very comfortable. Dinner in the hotel was superb. Food wonderful (try the Fois Gras (Mi-Cuit) - perfect) and service 100% by 3 lovely ladies. Great location just a short 5 minute walk into the old town. Parking available which was a plus for us. Great value for money. Can highly recommend.

Wow! The hotel was a dream, the room was amazing with the most stunning views across the roof tops of the town towards the misty cloud topped mountains in the distance. The hotel manager Inigo was super lovely, really friendly, helpful and so sociable he made the stay in an already perfect setting 5* I can recommend eating at the hotel one night rather than always venturing out it was really lovely and the birthday cake with candle & the whole restaurant singing to my best friend made his night. The grounds are kept beautifully and as an eco site surrounded by fruit trees, a really lovely place to enjoy a glass of wine ( which the manager Inigo made some excellent suggestions of) and to sit back and just enjoy the breathtaking scenery. All of the hotel staff were lovely without exception ( quite rare). Recommend the drive to Donostia ( San Sebastián) lovely day out, also to Bilbao for the Guggenheim Museum but coming back to this gem nestled in the foot hills is what made it special
