I slipped in the shower tube and fell. There had to have been soap residue or similar on the tub surface. There was not mat or a adhesive *****s on the tube surface.
This experience combined with staff's lack of urgency may have affected my overall rating.

This property has recently had a "refresh". Brand new paint, floors, etc. The exterior was being worked on in a few places while we were there. I would have rated higher however the bed was a full NOT a queen, the refrigerator didn't work, AND there were only three pillows when I consistently request that there be four. Minor things, really. Location, free breakfast and cost make us happy.

Always a great stay. Rooms are reasonable and are always clean and nice. Beds are also comfy in comparison to other hotels I have stayed in.

Shower was a little outdated and shower head was at a level for people 5’6 and below.

This is place is an old run-down motel. There were bugs and crickets that was in my room on the 2nd floor. The room just didn't smell clean as it had a stale odor. I normally don’t stay in Super 8’s but this time I didn’t have an option cause Waxahachie doesn’t have much to offer for hotels during the race week. I’m used to the Hilton standards and for what they charged it doesn’t meet the standards for the price. This was my experience maybe others can find it acceptable, but if I had a choice this would not have been something I would have chosen.

The breakfast was very nice and fresh; the dining area was small but clean. The bathroom was clean but shabby, the towels were thin. The desk clerk was pleasant.

I called to ask what exit}the hotel was off the highway and they he front desk didn’t even know after being on the road for hours I needed to use the bathroom it was backed up the next morning I tried again &! It overflowed
