We came to this hotel today morning. The reception staff was angry. He didn’t say welcome and spoke with us very aggressively. For the first time in our lives, we see such behavior of the front desk staff in five-star hotel.Our friends recommend this hotel for us. But unfortunately we cannot recommend to anyone. I am writing this review because I would like to inform management this hotel about bad behavior of the front desk staff.

We have vineyard . We always visit there , there is a**osphere is so good our vineyard have a grape , olive tree , walnut and peach so Sakarya beautiful place absolutely you should visit there for example Sakarya karagol wold there is nature place fresh weather.

This hotel has 5 stars but I cannot understand how they got these stars. The rooms, main and a la carte restaurant is very dirty. When I checked in to the room, there was a dead bug in the shower floor, there were stains in the side tables of the bed. The room was cleaned very badly. During breakfast, I saw a waiter pouring back the waste water to the tank of the tea machine. The tables of a la carte restaurant were nearly never cleaned. I was seeing the same dirty table cloth from the day before when I go there next day. And about covid precautions, even the manager of the hotel was walking in the lobby without wearing a mask, so don't expect them to ask guests to wear a mask. So, it was my worst hotel experience and I felt uncomfortable about the cleanliness and covid every second I spent there. One last thing, please look at the photos I uploaded. I ordered the beef looking at the photo in the menu but a plate is served with 2 so small beef pieces with no sauce but with the liquid coming out of the meat and fries instead of baked potatoes. The price was also ridiculously high for these toooooo small pieces.

I gave a high score so that my comment would appear, we were defrauded through this hotel. We bought tickets for the Yıldız Tilbe concert on December 30, 2021. We said that we wanted to cancel a week in advance through the organization company directed by the hotel, and the 3,000 TL we paid would be refunded on December 30. They said it would be made, but there was no refund, then they said the payment would be made on January 3, 2022 at the latest, but our payment was not made again. When we contacted the hotel, they said that we have no connection with the organization company and do not take responsibility, but we reached the company through the hotel and we have been trying to get our money for weeks.

The rooms are clean, warm and the garden view is great. We stopped by to rest after our trip. We left this hotel with my wife and friends very satisfied. The breakfast in the morning was much better than the hotels I stayed in before. The breakfast range was very wide.

On 4.2.2022, we stayed as a family in a standard room with 2 adults and 2 children. We paid a room fee of 660 TL. In terms of price and performance, ***et is successful, but the room is incredibly small. It does not feel like a 5-star hotel room. The friend working at the spa center is a little excited :) Hearing your conversation He doesn't give any opportunities, I think he needs to get some training. Turkish bath, pool, steam room, wet areas in general were clean. I recommend it.
