Great location. Right on the river. They made an error on my reservation, thankfully I called to check. The inside was clean but could use freshening up.

Nice stay. Our unit was very nice, but had a strong smoke smell. I guess from the fireplace. They brought us air freshener and an ozone machine but neither worked very good.
We’ve stayed at several resorts on the Fall River in Estes Park. This was nice but like the river behind the resort better, not right on the highway like Woodlands.

The apartment was very comfortable and the kitchen well-equipped. The setting was beautiful, we could see and hear the river rushing by from our balcony, and access to Rocky Mountain National Park was extremely close and convenient.
