The place is consistent with the photos. Very nicely appointed and very clean (thanks Azad!). But the big plus of Aetheria villas is undoubtedly Eugenia! She is always available to help you rent a scooter or organize a kayak trip! THANKS

Such a cool place, it truly completes the Santorini experience!! The villa has everything one can wish for, and the fact it has 2 jacuzzi (indoor, outdoor) I would say that’s the cherry on top - we were able to relax till late at night after wandering all day long on the island. The villa is located in a nice, less crowded village near Oia, so that allowed us to enjoy the perks of both worlds. What I also loved is the warm welcome from Eugenia (our host), she really made us feel like home…I must say I found a friend in her:). I wholeheartedly recommend Aetheria Villas and Eugenia as your host!

Really unique place to stay in Oia. The apartament is really clean, cosy and luxury. Eugenia is very communicative and ready to help you im everything. The whole place will allow you to deeply feel the atmosphere of Santorini and create the best memories from your holiday 😉

We were so happy staying here! The location was perfect, is located in Finikia, a quiet place with a shop and some restaurants very close by. It’s just 10 minutes walking to Oia which we loved! We booked the Cave room and has been the best experience in our life in a hotel. Everything was beautiful, super clean and our private cave pool was amazing! We also got a jacuzzi in our terrace with a lovely view of the stars at night. Eugenia is super kind a helpful! Everything you need, ask her and she will help you! Thanks again!

The property is located in Finikia, in a very nice and quiet area, convenient to reach Oia in a few minutes walk. The room, beautiful and clean to perfection every day, was equipped with all comforts: towels, sheets, dishes, capsules for coffee, tea bags, hairdryer, shower set and even wipes make-up, small details greatly appreciated by three girls like us. The excellence saa reached by Eugenia, our host, a very kind and super helpful woman: she was always ready to help us at any time of the day, with any information we asked. Special thanks also to Azad, always patient, friendly and helpful. If you are thinking to go to Santorini you absolutely must stay at this property. Recommended 100%! Thanks again for everything!

Our stay at Aertheria Villas was really great! Eugenia was lovely and gave us a warm welcome. The suite was amazing, clean and spacious, not too far from Oia. We liked the terrace were we took our breakfast and enjoyed the jacuzzi, the only slight disappointment was that our view was facing an hotel/restaurant.

Out of this world! Excellent accommodation - exactly what we were looking for. Eugenia and Azad were both extremely helpful and couldn’t do enough to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. I would 100% recommend this accommodation and we will definitely return.
