Our train arrived late yet Maria greeted us at 1130 at night and helped us arrange our early am taxi. I am so thankful for her kindness and help. I wished we could have stayed longer as the room was spacious, clean and inviting!

Maria’s BnB is exactly as described. Great foam mattress. We slept very well. Check in at 2pm with no problems. She stored our luggage until then. Decent local neighborhood and a few blocks away lots of eateries. We felt safe walking around.
Maria’s husband drove us to airport at 6am sharp for only 15 euros . A taxi driver drove us from airport to BnB the day before and we had to pay $40. We would definitely go back again if needed. Maria is a great host.

The b&b arranged for pick up at the airport, the driver was excellent, friendly. Upon arrival we were greeted by the property manager (owner), again very friendly showed us where to go for a nice dinner. Our room was bigger than expected and also had a nice patio. We only had a 1 night stay and again a ride to the airport was arranged at a very reasonable cost. I would highly recommend a stay here as the beach was only a 5 minute walk safe neighborhood. This would work well for a family of 4. Very good!

The location of the property was perfect for 1. Getting to FCO in the morning and 2. Very convenient for walking to the beach and restaurants. The hosts were so sweet and the rooms were very clean. Parking was secure. All in all, a great experience.
