It is very good option to stay in Florence. Even though I stayed in a room with 8 beds, it was very comfortable. Clean, very nice, recommended. The location and cleanliness are very good. I can say that I wish I had stayed here for both nights.

Stayed at YellowSquare Florence for 2 nights and had a fun time! Hostel was very social and had activities every day! We arrived before check-in and luggage storage was free which was different among many other hostels we stayed in. Staff was super nice and remembered me by name! There was a rooftop pool which was super fun and clean, so definitely bring a swimsuit if you’re coming during the warmer months! Rooms and showers were clean and spacious and not too far of a walk from city center. Definitely recommend staying here!

Location: walk less than 10 min from train station but beware with your trolley because many dog ****s and urine for pedestrian. Services: room with good shampoo, bath form and body lotion and room is clean Room: spacious and coffee machine and hot water at lobby FOC. But 2 facing also have train sounds and I prefer facing mountain view.

This was my first hostel experience on my own and it was soooo good! I felt very safe, staff super friendly, the room and common areas had everything you could ever need! Locker in the room was huge... I had enough space to keep all my things safe, but you need to bring your own padlock (maybe the hostel could make that clear on the booking? although I was prepared, another lady in the room was not ;)). Location great, very close to station (but far enough away that it wasn't a problem....), very close to the sites, restaurants and bars. I would happily return to an Ostello Bello! Grazie

Housed in a beautiful old building in a very central location. The character of the building has been well maintained in the public areas and our suite had lovely contemporary decor which mixed perfectly with the 18th century painted ceiling. Within easy walking distance of all the main attractions and plenty of restaurants and cafes. Great value for money. But best of all has to be the amazing staff - extremely friendly, patient and courteous and nothing was too much trouble for them. Would definitely recommend this wonderful hotel.

Best Western Plus CHC Florence has the best, friendliest, kindest employees, probably in the world. The breakfast is excellent, a buffet with great variety and service. The rooms are comfortable, well stocked, and very clean. The area is lively and convenient, has lots of choices for transportation, dining, and many businesses. It's about 5 minutes from the airport by car, and 2 stops by public transportation My mom happened to have an emergency while we were staying at BW for vacation, which forced me to extend my stay for 19 days. Even though the hotel was full, front desk staff accommodated me, and helped me in every way they could with tips, directions, everything I needed. Employees from the restaurant even took me out to dinner on my birthday. We booked this hotel on Expedia with the option of pay at property. We emailed the hotel after booking to let them know we wouldn’t be arriving until about 9pm (their service desk is not open 24/7.) It took a couple of weeks to get a response but we were advised we would be given a code to let ourselves in to the building. We emailed again a couple of days before our arrival to remind the staff, we got a prompt response with full details, with entry code and room number. The staff also sent a separate email with a map attached so we would know how to get there from the train station. Our room was larger than expected, nice and clean with bottled water in the fridge. There is a common room where breakfast is served each morning. We did not pay for breakfast, but it was included anyway by the staff which is very thoughtful of them. There was croissants, pastries, cereals, yoghurts and juice. The hotel also has a little outdoor terrace with tables and chairs. We stayed from Monday 19th to Saturday 24th of August in room 6. Unfortunately my partner came ill very early Wednesday morning, he spent Wednesday, Thursday and Friday in bed all day. When I saw Catalina on Thursday in the common room, she asked how I was. I told her I was fine but my boyfriend was ill, I asked if it would be possible to have the bathroom cleaned and some fresh towels. She came to our room with a cleaner (after I had finished breakfast) and did a thorough job cleaning the room, even putting fresh bottled water in the fridge. She said she would have a look in her bag to see if she had any suitable medication for him, she didn’t, but then recommended a pharmacy for me to visit. She cleaned the room again on Friday, it was nice having the reassurance of a clean room as I didn’t want to get ill either. When Catalina did see my partner, she seemed genuinely concerned and asked him how he was. Checkout time is 10am. We were still eating our breakfast at this time. Catalina could see I was hurrying to eat it, she told me not to rush and ‘you’re on holiday’, this was really kind of her as in the hotel we are currently staying in, we were still eating at 11am one day and the staff asked us to leave (even though she was still clearing up and we would have only been 5 minutes more) There are some negative points: •The WiFi was poor, it was useless connecting to it, so I used my phones data instead. •The air con in the room was temperamental, it kept switching off and you couldn’t really feel the cold air unless you stood in front of it. •This isn’t the hotels fault at all, but is something to consider anyway. There is building work going on outside, from around 8am and carrying on gone 7pm. Even with ear plugs in, you could still hear the drilling and banging. We paid £388.39 for our stay which was reasonable. There is a little shop, Carrefour Express, just down the street. The location is first-class, the environment is very good, the breakfast is comfortable, and the service is absolute. This hotel is really not a good place to go on a business trip, and I like it very much. But the facilities make people feel uncomfortable, although the owner should be sincere. The air conditioning system seems to have cost a lot of money, but guests cannot control it themselves. They need to contact the front desk every time and it starts very slowly, which makes people feel troublesome. The lights in the toilet are so bright that you probably won't be able to sleep if you go to the toilet at night. There were bugs in the room. I saw an electric mosquito coil, but I didn't think it was bedbugs. Fortunately, I didn't find any itching problem after staying for two nights. The front desk clerk checks in and sends you to your room after completing the check-in process. Haha, it feels weird. If the hotel and room facilities are quite satisfactory, you don't need such service. The curtains in the room are also weird. The outermost layer is half-opened. Haha, the shape is unique. The wardrobe is also weird. This is the first time I am so confused about reviewing a hotel. Overall it is good, but I feel that many places are a bit strange. So I canceled my last night's stay and moved to another hotel.

Essendo un hostello il rapporto qualità prezzo delle camere con bagno non è adeguato, il bagno infatti è un wc chimico e in camera assolutamente inaccettabile la presenza di numerose zanzare che rendono impossibile il sonno.
