The environment is good, but I flew to the hotel at 5 o'clock in the morning and had to wait until noon to check in. There are no restaurants nearby. I hope there will be more restaurants in the hotel.

The receptionist was somewhat rude. We were traveling on a cruise and was trying to find out information about transportation to the port. The lady at the check-in counter was not very friendly and must be tired of people asking the same question. It was more like it’s on the piece of paper. Why don’t you read it, they seem to be a bad day for her. As this is the first point of contact with a customer you would think she would be wanting to make a better first impression

Very nice, clean, new property. Staff are very good. Manager checked in with me personally to ask about my stay, any issues. They offer shuttle to and from the airport. Just call. But there isn’t much around the place to eat or do. The one pizza place nearby is very good, but if you want options you’ll be calling a ride share.

Beautiful new hotel, Super friendly staff. AC unit was a bit tricky but they are working out the kinks. So much better than other hotels in the area for roughly the same price.

I had to wait for my room for about 45 minutes, but that was okay. When I got to my room I attempted to turn the TV on because the AFC championship football game was just starting. To my surprise no TV. So I went downstairs to the front desk. I asked them what was wrong and they said there was no internet or Wi-Fi from floors four through 10 and it had been that way since the day prior, but no one said nothing. I had driven $247 mi to the hotel so that I would be there in time for the football game, both of them, and then Monday morning to pick my clients up from the cruise ship. But instead, I spent 7 hours in the lobby watching two football games that I was supposed to be relaxing in my room, but I couldn't do that. I wasn't offered anything as an inconvenience not a dinner, not a drink, not a discount. I think I should be getting a 50% refund back to me
