I had to wait for my room for about 45 minutes, but that was okay. When I got to my room I attempted to turn the TV on because the AFC championship football game was just starting. To my surprise no TV. So I went downstairs to the front desk. I asked them what was wrong and they said there was no internet or Wi-Fi from floors four through 10 and it had been that way since the day prior, but no one said nothing. I had driven $247 mi to the hotel so that I would be there in time for the football game, both of them, and then Monday morning to pick my clients up from the cruise ship. But instead, I spent 7 hours in the lobby watching two football games that I was supposed to be relaxing in my room, but I couldn't do that. I wasn't offered anything as an inconvenience not a dinner, not a drink, not a discount. I think I should be getting a 50% refund back to me
