房間很大，位置優越，距離三水北站才1公里左右。樓下有個微型的夜市，每天晚上都有開，非常熱鬧。性價比非常高，來三水的商旅人士值得一來。

優點：
1、物超所值吧，畢竟這個價錢，都有酒店待遇了，而且28樓，我個人喜歡高的
缺點：
1、熱水器熱水接入管滴水
2、洗衣機不能正常使用，無法執行脱水程序
其他：
1、小毛巾是那種一次性的，用着沒那麼舒服，但是相對來説或者衞生一點吧。
