Location: closed to the Kwai Wah Garden metro station, 5 minutes walk approxmately from the exit C. Hotel room is big and with basic necessary facilities . Feel comfortable.
Friendly Reception staff and quick response ro enquiry. Surrending have shopping centre and supermarket. Will stay again.

酒店服務員非常友善熱誠，有耐心講解酒店環境及酒店外面周邊的商場(紫薇港商場)，又介紹如何步行到附近好玩的地方(創意產業園)，酒店位置靜中帶旺，大堂寬敞舒適，基本設施都齊備。唯一改善的地方是要設立非吸煙樓層，讓非吸煙客人可以住得更舒服，另外酒店早餐款式太少了，基本的炒蛋和煎蛋都沒有，這個要待改善，雖然食物款式不多，但食物的味道都挺好！👍

房間都挺乾淨整潔，服務員很禮貌，唯一遺憾的就是提供的水不是娃哈哈純凈水，而是那個很噁心的“某夫山泉”如果以後還是這個水，下次不去住了

配套設施是齊全的，但是，各方面都不盡人意。
衞生：因為到店晚，白天又是累了一天，匆匆了洗澡就睡了，結果第二天發現，被套上居然還有血跡！嚴重懷疑是沒換被套。
服務：晚上開車到的，已經提前打電話問過了，説是有停車場。結果卻是，停車位很窄又有鎖，必須要有保安在，保安卻不知哪去了。等來等去還得再打電話給前台。
早餐倒是還不錯，有酸奶有水果，很齊全。
要説好的，估計要算酒店的洗漱用品了。個人覺得用得很不錯
