Clubmed is the first and second most convenient hotel in Huamei Resort to go to the ski resort. There is a very frequent shuttle bus to its own ski hall. The ski ticket is included in the room fee, but the ski equipment including helmets, snowboards, and snowshoes are separate. There is a fee, which I knew before I went there, and there is no deception. For ski novices, Clubmed has its own ski hall, and the rental ski equipment is stored according to room number, which is very convenient for use in the next few days. Wild World cannot do this. They rent it on the same day and return it on the same day. Their price is half the price. It just depends on what you need during your vacation. Three meals a day are included, and the taste and variety are pretty good. The main thing is convenience. You don’t have to go to where to eat when it’s time. You can rest or continue skiing after eating. The only thing I have to say is that the dishes are collected too frequently. , you can put a buffer sign on the table. Just stayed in Westin changbai for a few nights. it's my first time to visit changbai mountain and almost my first time to the Northeast part of china. no idea how to plan the trip to tianchi and other tourist attraction places, and no idea how to arrange the local restaurants etc felt so blessed that Westin staff guide me so much! say taxi, say local food with discount. I even can call them for help when we were in the mountain! especially I would give thanks to **铭and 许悦!

Resort was crowded & Hotel is kind of old, bed not that comfortable but the housekeeping team did a good job. Room was clean & 保洁阿姨very generous with the bottle water. Thank you so much. Front desk reception Vito 小弟very helpful & friendly. Patiently helped me to call up & arrange for me to go to the restaurant I want to go. I couldn’t call my 出租车师傅from room & Vito immediately call him for me & even helped me to add 微信. Breakfast was average. But the western food restaurant at hotel level 1 was not bad. The minus point was, very difficult in fact not possible to use hotel wifi if you do not have 微信. My children were very upset over this because this is the first time they cannot direct connect wifi in a 4-5 star hotel. Restaurants inside the resort nothing great & not cheap. Preferred to take taxi to go outside to eat. Tip:- try calling restaurants that were less than 2km away. Most of the time they can send their driver to pick you up to their restaurant & send you back after that.

This is a fantastic hotel to stay at whilst skiing in Changbaishan. With it’s own ski hire desk and the cost of hire and you ski pass included in the rate (this is not well advertised), all you need to do is grab your gear and take a few steps out to the lifts. The hotel itself is huge and the rooms well presented. There are good food options in the hotel and the small town, just outside the door, has a good few more. The breakfast buffet was really good with a wide choice for everyone. We did not sample the restaurants in the hotel though. Only small let down was the slight end of season feel when we were there. We had club access but there was a reluctance to keep restocking the beer and wine as it was used up. Not the end of the world but it was frustrating when there was a group of us wanting to enjoy a few apres-ski drinks. There is also an outdoor pool which was lacking in heat on a couple of occasions, not sure if this was because they perceived it was quiet and not being regularly used. These were relatively minor grips though. The staff were very friendly and helpful and all in all would be very happy to return.

A great experience to start with Park Hyatt Changbaishan prior to winter season. The room was delicates and They keep replenishing water and keep you hydrated. Many thanks for Charles who communicated and arrange shuttle, share tips here for us before the journey, due to language barrier, we were really concerned about it, the check in service of Linda was very considered. She provided us the activity package and we have been enjoy it for those day. Winni was kind enough to meet our needs. But the facilities was old so it needs lots of maintenance works on it. Last but not the least. Thank you all for the hospitality service and make our journey feel like home

Quite a nice hotel! As a senior travel enthusiast, his hotel is very cost-effective, especially for those who like to soak in hot springs. The boss is very enthusiastic and actively coordinates the house. The hotel has a separate parking lot, there is an elevator, the room space is large enough, disposable slippers are taken at the front desk, the WIFI signal is weak, the mattress is used for a long time, and it is a bit soft. The Pullman resort is located 15 min car drive from the airport and 15mim from the Wanda resort, where the ski station is located. The resort is very big with many amenities. The rooms are big, clean and warm. Things I specially liked: - Breakfast buffet. Everything was really good and were many options, both chinese and western food. One of the best that I had in China. - Swimming pool. There is a big swimming pool and a small one for children. The water is warm and all the amenities clean, like new. Remember to bring your own cap. - There is also a place to play pool and games in the second floor. - I was very satisfied with the service of the whole staff. From the receptionists to the people in the buffet. They also helped us calling the taxi to go to the ski slopes. They also helped is dropping us off at the airport. We even had an amazing Korean barbecue dinner at 10:00pm. I would say that this is a foreigner friendly place. And without any doubt would recommend staying in this resort.
