We booked a room and sent an advance payment of 3600 rubles. to the card owner, the payment receipt was sent via WhatsApp and Booking. 2 days after prepayment, the owner tried to cancel the reservation. Then, when everything was settled (allegedly he did not find our payment), we arrived on July 16 at this facility, unfortunately, no one met us, the level of services provided was much lower than what was indicated on ********** *. A huge number of declared services are missing, not to mention unsanitary conditions, dirty dishes, lack of linen, toilet paper, cleaning, towels, etc. About 30 people lived in the house in 12 rooms. There was only one stove in the kitchen, but out of 4 stoves, only three worked. To simply cook scrambled eggs, you had to stand in line. In the evening it was impossible to take a shower or go to the toilet. The amount of hot water is very limited. The rooms are small, the furniture is old, a folding chair, as it turns out, was offered as the main bed, it was dirty, had an unpleasant smell and was very old, it was uncomfortable to sleep. There is no sound insulation, it is very noisy, it was impossible to sleep in the room, there was 24-hour clatter. The electricity was constantly cut off, both in Gagra itself and due to lack of power in the house. In addition, the owner asked to cancel the reservation in Booking after arrival and refused to return the money for one day, since it was no longer possible to live, we had to move out earlier. We were on holiday with my husband, we had a superior room with its own amenities, air conditioning, a refrigerator, clean, everything you need to eat, a shared kitchen, but we didn’t really need it, the location is very good, there are a lot of cafes and canteens nearby, the sea is nearby, shops are nearby .
