The staff at the hotel’s gates have a very good service attitude and have helped many things. The front desk is also very welcoming. During the epidemic, the room also provided two anti-epidemic bags with gloves, masks and disinfectants. The hotel also gave small cakes when checking in. The hotel’s bathrobes and bedding are very comfortable, for people who adjust for jet lag. It is very comfortable.

Hôtel Les Armures is a beautiful hotel in a charming old town location. It’s in a quiet location, but a short walk (1-2 minutes) walk to many restaurants and boutiques. The hotel staff were personable and professional. The room had high quality linens and furnishings. The breakfast room was cozy but charming and the buffet was delicious. We had dinner one night during our visit and the perch was delicious, and our service was very friendly and made our meal very enjoyable. Five stars!

Great stay. Located in a quiet, safe residential area, with bus no. 8 (which takes you to a lot of the tourist attractions) stopping right in front of the hotel. Staff were helpful, responsive, friendly. They have snacks in the lobby which is helpful. Rooms are spacious but very basic in terms of decoration. I felt very, very safe here. Highly recommend. Improvements: Just remember to lock your door, as a solo traveler - I had the cleaners open the door a few times when they were ready to clean (they didn’t mean any harm, they thought the room was empty, but they should please knock! :) There are only two plugs in the room, far from the bed. You can’t charge your phone and lie in bed. A little more decor in the rooms couldn’t hurt as well. The rooms are plain. No mini fridges - keep that in mind. No mini toiletries, but they have larger soap dispensers you can use. Breakfast was basically the same everyday, though there was a lovely selection. (Cut fruit would also be nice) All in all, loved it!

Stayed here six nights in june. Fresh room with operable windows and lots of natural light. Quiet, and the fan system is very good for drowning out any extra noises.Very comfortable new bed and bedding. Wonderful to have lovely espresso machine in room with plenty of capsules. Also refrigerator. They have some kitchenettes which include a microwave, again this is very rare in europe, although more common in the us. Staff is extremely responsive and professional and friendly, unlike many other hoteliers who are very stressed these days and often reflects in a strained attitude. I received almost immediate attention for all my needs. Very stylish public areas with lots of cool contemporary art and many colors and loads and loads of fantastic art science etc books all around the hotel. Nice breakfast buffet in an extremely large and spacious seating area. Eggs, fruits, beans, lox, etc. I have a medical diet and they were very kind to make an adjustment for me. Wonderful location as it is off the beaten path but yet just a 15 minute walk to the train station and you can walk to the water and into the main town. Also was nice to walk to the big hotels easily and safely. Really loved my stay here and I will actually return for another two nights before I fly out later in the month. I stay in many hotels both in the US and around the world the last couple of years and it is impressive the service here and the attitude.

I received a wonderful welcome from the staff. They made my stay very enjoyable and were able to answer any questions. Room was clean and well appointed with comfortable beds and a good size working desk. I had dinner in both the restaurant and the bar. Service was good and staff attentive. Food was well presented and tasty. The reception area was spacious and I was able to spend some time before leaving for the airport catching up on work. Thank you all for your kind attention. Overall very warm, booked a double room with a kitchen. If you are not used to eating Western food, you can go to the supermarket to buy some food and come back to yourself. The disadvantage is that the front desk is not 24h service. We can't check out at the front desk because of the morning flight. The converter plug we borrowed is ready to be returned to the front desk, but no one. So I put it in the room. Later, the mail received the bill and directly charged us the cost of the conversion plug... Everyone returned to China, and it was no good to contact the hotel again. Can only be planted, but his morning croissant is very fresh and delicious!

The hotel is about 20 minutes in total from the city centre via public transport (we preferred the tram). It is a small and medium-sized unit, renovated with beautiful aesthetics and a complete response to our needs for a two-night stay. Our rooms on the fifth floor were tranquil, with proper beds and pillows. Breakfast -chosen as an extra in our booking with CHF 25 per person- was of the right quality without any particularities and served in a beautiful, bright and quiet area at the lobby level. All staff members were polite and willing to help us. Unfortunately, we found that parking on the road on the broader area is impossible outside Sundays unless the time is renewed every ninety minutes. So, we were forced to accept the hotel's closed parking option at a cost of CHF 30 per day.

Stayed two nights. Warm welcome. Check in good. Room clean. Bed bit soft but fine. Safe, hairdryer, shower, AC, TV, etc, everything in order. Phone chargers in room. Not much of an outlook facing into courtyard but not important to us. Happy with choice. Location fine. Just under ten mins walk from railway station. Nothing too far in Geneva. Didn't do breakfast. Would stay again. For info - Everything is expensive in Switzerland so appreciate the free transport card for buses and trams.

I suppose you get what you pay for but in comparison to the other Ibis hotels, inc budget, I’ve stayed in this is below par. In the room the bed was thin & uncomfortable, the window was screwed shut, toilet was like an echo chamber so not great for sharing! The breakfast is continental style. We went down to eat at 9am and the drinks machine was on auto clean so we waited 10mins for drinks. The food started disappearing back into the kitchen, lids put back on, cooler emptied so we had to rush to grab things while we could. Saying that, the staff on reception were cheery & helpful, the whole hotel was immaculately clean. The location is good as there is a tram/bus stop outside direct to town & the airport, very easy to use.

The hotel is very clean and should be newly renovated. Surrealist portrait sculptures in the corridor are a bit scary, and every time you go in and out, you always feel like someone is standing there. The location is also very good, the bridge is the famous street. Next to the hotel is STARBUCKS. Check-in requires 2 single beds, although they are put together, it does not affect the use. There is a free apple every day at the front desk and bananas and oranges on the second floor. The only shortcoming is that the towel that was brought in was taken away by HOUSEKEEPING, and I went to the front desk to complain.
