The hotel is not colant. Although the hotel description says animal-free, there were dogs in the restaurant and the lobby, and one dog even lay in one of the armchairs. I have animal hair allergy, wanted to speak to the staff on site, except for the cleaning lady, who only spoke French, nobody was there. I had to find another hotel, Hotel Marinha charged me the full amount, just rudely responded to my inquiries and assumed I was lying. Incredibly bad service! Warning to anyone with an animal hair allergy!!!!
