The environment is excellent and the store staff's greeting attitude is first-rate. A traditional Japanese inn has more flavor than a hotel. I stayed in a room with an open-air bath. The room was big enough and the natural bath was very comfortable. That day, our arrival was delayed due to heavy snow on the road. We called the hotel to inform them that although we couldn't speak clearly, they were waiting for us to arrive and check in. Really full of human touch. I really like this hotel and will stay there again in the future.
