Best Western Premier Keizer/Salem Hotel

The staff were nice, part of its under construction so only one entrance which is nice in the safe aspect. Not so great with the elevator wait times for many i heard complain. Room was nice but the climate control in the room wasnt very accurate and either got too warm or too cool and got very humid after a shower. I was happy with our stay until alot of ants crawled all over me while sitting in the lounge chair before bed. I flipped on the lights and sugar ants were everywhere!

Great hotel in a good area with plenty of parking and a great gym! But our room smelled like perfume over cigarette smoke and staff was hit and miss, really nice evening worker when I checked in but a couple other times I needed things from the desk and no one was round for 10 minutes, I finally had to give up waiting without being helped.

Staff was really friendly, and room was very comfortable. Breakfast buffet had a lot of options. The kids had fun in the pool several times. Wish the workout room was more secluded. A little to “public” for working out in.

The check-in was quick and the young lady was friendly and efficient. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. A good, hot breakfast was supplied, a great start to the day. One note, I've never seen a suite with two TVs, one on either side of the partition, about 11' apart. We didn't use both but it was unique. I'm sure we'll be back again.

Nice updated property , pleasant staff. However, ******* charged me incorrectly, added a tax/fee in addition to price that was to already the fees were to be included

There was a mistake in booking and they really made us comfortable and were very accommodating.

The girl at the front desk was honestly so sweet. I made a mistake and booked a room with a king bed instead of a queen and they were full so we had to make do but you would think that she was the one who messed up. She went above and beyond and it was very much appreciated.

Staff was so friendly and responsive and helpful!!! Hotel room was excellent, quiet and very Clean!! Area/neighborhood was safe. Breakfast/ coffee was great !!!

We had everything we needed. Included breakfast was amazing & my kids loved the waffle maker. I even hit the indoor pool on my last night. Pool was heated & room felt warm while having a view of snow outside. The room service was on point. Always came back to a clean room.
