The apartment is near the beach, we enjoy with the beach and the clean and comfortable environment, walk 1min to the beach and 20mins to food place

away from the main tourist and traffic areas of Broadbeach, yet close enough to dining options to walk, and across the street from the beach. Boulevard North is a nice property in a great location for what we enjoy doing, will definitely stay there again.

The staff at this wonderful, boutique hotel are very welcoming and offer a helpful after-hours check-in service. Located in an ideal position between Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach (right across from the beach), it is a lovely place to holiday to enjoy quick morning swims, twilight strolls and surf side bike-rides along tropical gardened streets. Moreover, the apartment is very clean and features an open balcony with great beach views. The bed is also very comfortable and the bathroom is neat and tidy. The kitchen also features every utensil required for easy meal preparation. It really feels like a cozy, summer retreat -- like a home away from home. I would definitely recommend it to family and friends!
