The hotel is beautiful and basically right on the beach. The review should be a 10/10 but there are too many things to improve. Here are my suggestions; - Renovate the old rooms, the drain smells in the rooms - Teach the staff English - Better variety in the breakfast - Every day, have “Happy hour” in the bar, “1 hour a day half price” could possibly increase your sale with 200% in the bar. Right now it’s extremely overpriced. - Build your own mini market next to the hotel or in the hotel. Right now it’s too far away in the hills. - Have dance shows or other singers not only the male singer every night. - Stabilize your WiFi because now it basically didn’t work at all. - Include a’la carte menu in the restaurant. Not only a buffet for 45 euro /person.

Our studio apartment was below average. The view was upon other cabins old rooftops full of bird poop. The matras and bed are very hard and give my wife and I backaches. The interior is overall out dated and substandard. Our request for another room was delayed, and after 4,5 days of our week stay, we were offered a hotel room for the remaining 2 full days at an extra cost of €200. There was no room for negotiation and the service desk employees were friendly but short in communication. They didn't seem to grasp our complaints, nor were there suggestions to address our issues. The services are plain and for every little service, no matter how trivial, you need to pay extra. Parking costs €14/day, breakfast is €14 p.p. per day, if not included in your package, washing machine is €4 per wash and €2 soap per wash, located underground in the dark, stuffy garage. Just some examples of paying extra for almost everything, just like a cheap low cost carrier i.e. Ryanair and paying (a lot) for everything extra. Outside the pool and beach area is nice, but crowded. Thankfully, after 2 days, we got 2 beach beds with umbrella on the beach for the remainder of our stay, instead of far back on the lawn on the pool side. There is very little to do in the neighborhood, so lot's of quiet. A car is necessary to visit other locations, usually within a 20-30 mins drive.

I have seen a lot of positive reviews and am shocked how badly things went for us. To be fair, the beach is indeed at the doorstep and in the end of September it was empty. On the other hand - we stayed in the first row “bungalows” of the hotel, and - there was no wifi in the room - At. All. - the cleaning came twice during our one week’s stay, only to change the towels. They didn’t change the sheets or washed the floors, they only once half-cleaned the bathroom, with a chlorine detergent that stank for days. So I guess would have been better if they didn’t come at all - the hairdryer comes from the 17th century. - the “garden” in front of the house is around 10sq m and shared between neighbors - so you’ll be in luck if they are nice people… - the restaurant stuff was rather unfriendly when we tried to go to the hotel’s dinner without a reservation. Great disappointment, to avoid!

We stayed in a 1 bedroom family room on the 2nd floor (room 450) which was cozy for 4 of us but fine. Our balcony was really spacious and our view was stunning! The resort really had a lot of facilities and breakfast is definitely worth paying extra for. We also parked the car in the hotels parking for €15 per day but off season you can easily park on the street behind the resort. There’s a shop about 800 m away, however this is shut on Sundays so if you’re arriving on a Saturday night like us, be warned. There are a few smaller supermarkets in the centre of Golf Aranci but only open in the morning on Sunday. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay. The location is stunning and it’s a convenient base to travel around the Costa Smeralda!

Not professional receptionist. Ask to book a boat trip. Took 25€ deposit and ask me to book my taxi which the price was 80€ for 6 when I call they say 110 then I went back to discuss it . She gave me another number which now is 120€ . Why don’t you book us the taxi for a better customer service ? You kept my deposit and not done the tour as the price you gave us is not what you told us . Over all it look like you don’t need the tourist around and keep all your local customers as you may get better deal. Bar staff been very grumpy. Only 1 girl was lovely I think was Lisa . Chicken sandwich was so dry

Just returned from a wonderful visit to Baia Caddinas. We booked through a timeshare scheme so cannot comment on value proposition. The resort itself was great. Everything was clean and well groomed. We had two residence rooms- a studio and one bedroom. Both were perfectly fine. Perhaps a little dated, a few settling cracks in some of the tilework, but nothing was broken. The kitchens were well stocked with utensils, pots, pans, etc. The beds were very comfortable. The pools and beach were never particularly crowded. The pools were very clean. The beach was lovely. The kids 'Kinny' club was great- my daughter (5) loved it and the evening bedtime dancing. The restaurant was okay- I think maybe the food could be a bit better, but it was fine- no complaints for a buffet style service. My mother travelled with us and she has trouble walking, and they accommodated her very well. The daily shuttle bus options were also great- just be sure to book early. I would very happily return to this resort.

We had a garden room, I bed with one separate bedroom, sofa bed in the main room. It is based on four circular rooms, which were quite rustic and querky, a la the neolithic Nughas dotted around the island, Overall our experience was okay and the hotel is different again, but only does a full four course italian style meal, but did a few courses as takeaway. There is a pizza place over the road that did seafood and pasta as per the majority of restaurants if you travel to the main town. The shop is a fair walk with just basics, nothing touristy. The hotel staff were friendly but breakfast is serve yourself and hard to get attention of staff to get tea/coffee. Parking is not good but we paid 14 euros to park in the small carpark, which meant it was cool to get in and guarantees a space, parking on street could be very difficult peak time The main issue we have with the place is the usual maintenance issues we see frequently0 the old aircon doesnt work but not been removed, two small dehumidifiers in the bedroom and bathroom that need the water removing every day or too, which just did the job but we went last weekend of May. nothing in the main room- query what it will be like in August? There isnt a coffee maker that is mentioned in the RCI list and no kettle? had to boil water in a saucepan. Again we had to use matches as the hotplate igniter didnt work as didnt the extractor hood/light. Overall okay but must try harder

We loved it here! Did feel it was quite expensive but we had a great time. We loved the family suite set up, the staff were all helpful and friendly and the kids club staff were so good with my daughter who normally won’t leave my side! Beach was great for kids. Pools were brilliant and had good steps to play on with kids. Breakfast was fine but would have loved some more healthy options. Lunch restaurant was lovely. Didn’t try dinner there but we did try the pizza place opposite which had good pizza (at dinner only FYI!) and good for kids to run around. The Italians do it so we’ll with kids, don’t they?!

We booked last minute in August 2021, and paid a lot for a 4 person apartment. Of course, this came with high expectations. The apartment size is decent, with a good balcony. However, the mattress is just average and the airco does not work well (only lukewarm or hot air). This is the hottest time of the year so a big negative. Kitchen area is fine, with a big fridge (which worked very well). Safe is fine, TV is tiny. Bathroom was ok but the hair dryer was extremely weak. Despite the promise that the room would be serviced once during our stay, the room was never cleaned and the towels were not replaced. Wifi worked poorly all around. Had to use 4G/roam. Pool and beach area are very nice but way too small and busy for this many guests (hotel was full). Breakfast was really good, with many fresh items and a large variety of food. One night we had the set menu dinner and it was good, not great. The dessert buffet was the highlight. The hotel is a bit more remote, with just the two hotel restaurants available (and one restaurant and one bar opposite the hotel). Therefore, if you don't have a car, it is great to use the free hotel bikes to go to town. We shopped there, went to the supermarkets, and had some great lunches and dinners there (and icecream!).
