房間不錯，乾淨安靜暖和，床稍硬了點，如果換成無感零壓大床就完美了。早餐自助，起晚了沒吃，去附近吃了驢肉火鍋。地理位置非常好，周圍吃喝便利，沒走多遠就上高速。遺憾的是忘拍照了。

房間不大，根本達不到行政房的規格。 前台服務員態度惡劣，誤導客人消費，不承擔責任。 房間內的礦泉水在當天入住時喝了，第二天讓前台補水，聯繫前台時，值班服務員説電視櫃裏面有兩瓶泉陽泉礦泉水是免費供應的。結賬時候，前台收了兩瓶泉陽泉礦泉水費用。聯繫早上下班值班服務員，結果她不承認説“房間內冰箱裏麪的2瓶泉陽泉礦泉水是免費飲用的”。水沒有幾塊錢，不能信口雌黃，誤導消費者。 差評！ 這樣的酒店能讓客人信任嗎？到處挖坑，欺騙消費者？

前台態度差的要死，未提前告知12點退房，説11:30給房間打過電話，但未在房內，本人未接到，這個也無從查證，前台説打過，我也沒辦法證實，我是11:40到房間的。作為一個服務單位，通知客户不衹是一個動作，而是通知到位，聯繫到客户讓客户能夠知曉，11:30沒打通，是不是12點前可以再次給房間打電話，或者聯繫客户手機號。整個溝通的過程中前台態度惡劣，與客户發生爭吵，13:25退房，扣了半天房費，扣房費是一方面，另一方面酒店的服務流程以及服務態度是不是存在一定問題，讓客户無辜進行買單。整體體驗極差。
