Best Spa Hotel in Goreme

Very very satisfied, Facilities: Very complete, the terrace has a great view, and watching hot air balloons on the terrace in the morning is really awesome. Hygiene: Very clean. Environment: There are flowers and plants everywhere, and the mood is very good. Service: The service was considerate. We were allowed to check in early and received complimentary breakfast. We were also provided with free pick-up service from the bus station. I was so satisfied.

Family of 3, stayed from September 3rd till September 7th, 2022. From the moment of our arrival to Nevesehir airport till the moment of our departure to the next destination we felt welcome. Very family-oriented environment, exceptional hospitality, and smiley faces. We were given a tour of the hotel and amenities, then taken to our rooms. Our room was a cave room called the king suite with terrace (Room number 304). It was beautiful, authentic, clean, and had an AC. Beautiful spacious marble bathroom. Room authentically decorated in Cappadocian-Turkish style. Sheets were changed and towels replaced upon request. Lovely housekeeping team. Front desk very receptive and helpful, all hotel staff went above and beyond to tend to guests to make sure all were having a great experience. Given the nature of it being a family run hotel, it had warm friendly vibes. SETEN RESTAURANT – absolutely to die for! Best restaurant in Cappadocia hands down. Breakfast – best spread ever lots of choices. Served by lovely people. Dinner - It is a definite MUST. Especially the Muhammara, Mutancana, Testi Kebab, and Pumpkin Dessert!!!! I do advise you to book your tours with the hotel but make sure it is with the hotels Kelebek Tour company as we had a frightening experience with a company in city centre. Thank you to the amazing staff at the hotel that made our stay in Cappadocia memorable. We are avid travelers so believe me when I say this hotel is well worth it especially the fact it is THE best view to watch the beautiful hot air balloons fly over Goreme with many caves surrounding you. Special thanks to front desk - Duru, Amir, Sena, Murat - and including Seten Restaurant – Hussain, Utku and Serife – including anyone else I may have forgotten to name, you are all doing an amazing job. Cannot wait to be back!

Perfect location in the very center of Göreme. We stayed 3 days and having previously rented a car we did not take advantage of the excursions offered by the hotel. From the common terrace you can see the hot air balloons in the early hours of the morning, and if you want to have a better view, just 7 minutes walking you can reach the ”sunset point”.

Very beautiful and comfortable, the hotel's SPA is very cost-effective. In the morning, you will be awakened by the sound of the hot air balloon heating up. When you open the window, you will see the hot air balloon right outside the window.

We stayed for 3 nights at Aza Cave Hotel. The hospitality from the staffs was wonderful. Every staff members were so friendly and awesome. They constantly update us if we are able to take the hot air balloon and shift us to the next day when it couldn’t fly, we still didn’t managed to fly due to bad weather condition. But it was still a remarkable experience for us. We were given an upgrade to the king suite which comes with outdoor balcony, fireplace and bathtub. The staffs at the breakfast area also provided us with good service and food, we had hot breakfast, cheese and bread. We also booked tours with them, all were great and awesome.

Beautiful rooms and super clean! The staff was nice and helped us with all our questions and requests. The location was great, directly in the center of Göreme with a nice view of the hot air balloons in the morning. Definitely recommend staying at Carus :)

The breakfast is delicious, the service is super good, the hotel is very big, it is a large hotel, there is a big place to park at the door, we really like the little brothers and sisters at the front desk, overall it is very good

This is the most friendly cave hotel in Cappadocia.The owner and the entire staff were so comfortable and the breakfast was really delicious and full of attentiveness.If you visit Cappadocia again, definitely again I'll hear you.

Breakfast is OK, the hotel location is also good. High place, about ten minutes walk from the downtown hotel gathering area The hotel staff was very welcoming and helped to book a mountain bike and green line tour. Sitting at the night bus at 6 or 7 in the morning, it may be an off-season. If there is a room, let us stay in the early half-day. However, there are 20 Euros in the friend's wallet. It is not good to say anything. It is not sure that it is a problem for the hotel staff. Everyone must take valuables with them, help set the bus to the airport to pay more at the front desk than to pay the driver directly. For ten lire, it is best to give cash directly to the driver.

We were there in January 2024. Amazing place! The cave room was just incredible... very original and cozy, we really enjoyed our stay there! The breakfast was delicious... and the people who attended us super nice and willing to help! I would recommend it 100%.
