The Britanico is cozy, very clean, well located, beautifully decorated, great rooms and the staff makes the whole difference. Very welcoming and supportive. I loved the experience. I’ll certainly go back.

De todos os hotéis q já fiquei em minhas viagens o hotel Britânico foi minha melhor experiência... Atendimento maravilhoso... funcionários muito prestativos...local super aconchegante..uma limpeza impecável...um café da manhã esplendoroso...local muito familiar.. Só tenho a agradecer a experiência maravilhosa q tive em Gramado e no hotel Britânico..A todos meus muito obrigado...

Hotel impecável. Colchão excelente com roupa de cama apropriada e em quantidade mais que suficiente. Banheiro e quarto limpos, com decoração moderna. Chuveiro excelente, secador de cabelo, ar condicionado, janelas com bloqueios para mosquitos, frigobar, televisão com canais a cabo. Excelente espaço de closet. Disponibiliza copos e xícaras no quarto. Piso em madeira. Aquecedor de toalhas. O ambiente foi bem pensado para a grande amplitude térmica da serra gaúcha. Quanto ao serviço de hotelaria, funcionários sempre eram muito atenciosos e deixavam alguns biscoitinhos de cortesia. Recepção 24 horas, serviço de quarto, disponibilização de guia de restaurantes e atrações via QRCode. Funcionários muito solícitos e atenciosos.Com certeza voltaria a me hospedar aqui. Hotel muito bem estruturado.

Fomos muitos bem atendidos desde o momento da reserva, quando fizeram contato por WhatsApp para explicar mais detalhes da estadia. Ótimo custo x benefício; hotel super bem localizado; quartos novos, confortáveis, limpos e cheirosos; café da manhã gostoso e funcionários muito simpáticos e dispostos a ajudar. Tinha roupões no banheiro, secador de cabelo bom, diversos canais na TV e Wi-Fi que funcionava bem em todos os ambientes. Recomendo!

Tuvimos una hermosa estadía. El personal es super amable y atento, respondían todas nuestras dudas. Las instalaciones muy pintorezcas, limpias y cómodas. Desayuno muy rico y completo. La comida del bar también está muy bien. Ubicación muy buena. Recomiendo el hotel 100%.

Hotel e atendimento excelentes! Nos hospedamos por duas vezes em março deste ano e vai ser nossa escolha nas próximas idas a Gramado Café da manhã padrão café colonial! Difícil encontrar na serra com as opções e qualidade oferecida Localização também é boa e o centro da cidade fica a aproximadamente 1 km..

Excelente hotel. As acomodações são muito confortáveis e limpas. Banheiros muito bons e café da manhã maravilhoso! A localização é boa. Fica um pouco distante do centro caso queira ir a pé, mas de carro é super tranquilo. Existe comércio próximo o que facilita bastante.

O hotel é excelente, tudo muito limpo, todos muito atenciosos, nos atenderam super bem, principalmente o Arthur que nos ajudou muito em nossos passeios. Fica perto do centro, da para ir a pé. Só tenho a agradecer e recomendar. Super indico!
