Great location. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Comfortable room although bathroom very small and difficult to manoeuvre around. Basic continental Breakfast served to your room. Parking available in underground car park just down the road. Alhambra not far from hostel - 25 minute walk (up hill) and centre about a 20 minute walk along the river.

Clean and spacious. The complex looks as though it is in the process of being renovated from a large house or block of apar**ents. The style is modern minimalist. Breakfast was self serve and basic, enjoyed on an enclosed terrace. I would happily return and recommend.

Very regular customer service. All by WhatsApp. They charged me for an extra bed for two nights and they didn't put it on and we had two very bad nights with a 7-year-old girl sleeping in the middle and a baby. Broken things, there was no light in the ceiling lamp, the air did not work. There is no physical staff at reception so La Niña wet the bed and we had to sleep like that all night. Basic breakfast, Rich but the room is not prepared to respect COVID measures. I would not go back. They did not inform me that there was no elevator and with a baby stroller it is a nuisance.

Habitación muy sucia. Mal servicio y ante la queja no mejoran. Encontramos incluso una tirita con sangre que no retiran, aunque estuvimos 3 días. Ruidosa. Desayuno muy malo, sin sitio para sent**** en la habitación comedor los clientes ( espacio para 8). Y un largo etc de problemas

Además de caro, nada que ver con las fotos publicadas. Almohada dura, de la ducha se salía el agua. Tuve que pedir toallas, por qué no habían puesto. Desayuno de vergüenza, no parece un desayuno, gente esperandopara desayunar y como solo hay4 mesas los sentaron en el patio con el frió que hacía

Habitación ideal con vistas a la Alhambra. Desayuno riquísimo trato impecable, limpio muy acogedor muy recomendable!!! Calidad precio , es perfecto para quedarte unos días y visitar Granada que es preciosa 😍 hotel céntrico para coger el bus y llegar a todos lados . Tienes una parada según sales del hotel . Perfecto

El llegar la recepción pésima, estás hablando con la recepcionista que llega tarde a decepcionarte, y se mete gente en la conversación y está chica no tiene l educación de cortarle al tercero que se ha metido en medio. Por otro lado la habitación daba al comedor, con mucho ruido desde la apertura del mismo Anáis 8:30 no dejándonos descansar. La habitación la tele estaba puesta de forma que no se podía ver desde la cama, en el baño había humedades, mucho polvo por todos lados a causa de que estaban de obra, pasillos con mucha suciedad, el ascensor no funcionaba, a todo el huésped que llegaba la recepcionista le decía que solo le quedaba una plaza de garaje con el objeto de vender y vender plazas de garaje, y por último el olor a cañerías era insoportable. No se pueden dar habitaciones a buen precio si luego perjudicas así al personal que se aloja…….una pena.

Évitez !! Endroit vétuste Pas de serviettes de douche Pas de petit déjeuner même si celui ci est compris dans le prix de la chambre Prix bas mais ne vaut pas un centime de plus Personnel qui contact les gens par whatsapp et qui ne leur donne pas les codes pour accéder a la chambre tant que ces derniers n’ont pas régler le parking de 17 e en supplément . Quand à la chambre très bruyante !! Vu du couloir de notre chambre , les autres clients pouvaient clairement voir l’intérieur de la chambre … super Je déconseille vraiment fuyiez
