房間面積標準，與頁面描述相符，設備齊全且較新，清掃的乾淨整潔。店家服務態度很好，看到是長者入住還貼心升級滿意的房間。周邊環境因樓間距過小有些許吵，不過關上窗子隔音效果還是不錯的。酒店位於大學城，村裡的小巷，有年輕人喜歡的燒烤小吃，也許來得時間短沒見大超市。距離公交車站不是很近，對於自由旅行者來講交通不很方便，但是各取所需，對於出差和應試者來説是優選。連住了四天，總體性價比較高，很滿意。

考研複試定的房間，總體來説挺不錯的。房間衞生做的很仔細，比較乾淨。設施比較齊全，吹風機，熱水壺、晾衣架這些。房間裏的長桌也非常適合學習，前台服務非常熱情，還提供了免費的飲水。一次非常不錯的住宿體驗。

先説結論：隔音差不推薦預訂，尤其是來參加考試的人，可以定GOGO那邊的連鎖快捷酒店。
週末有考試在大學城，所以就定了離考點較近的酒店，不太熟悉大學城所以也沒想到環境是在村裡美食街的樓上。
是自建房搭的民宿，正門在小巷子裏，樓間距很近，隔音隔光很差，晚上睡覺的時候路邊有人走過説話聲 電動車經過樓下井蓋晃動聲 隔壁房間洗澡聲 走廊人來人往交談和腳步聲非常非常非常大！很影響休息！
因為是牽手樓和隔壁店主自住的樓挨着的，隔壁店主晚上洗澡洗到半夜一點四十才關燈，他們家關燈前我整個房間都是亮的…
整個晚上我就睡了四個小時，真的太吵了。（半夜兩點靠白噪音入睡，我本身不是對聲音特別敏感的人）
